Great ice cream. You cannot visit Charlottetown without stopping at Cows on your way home.

Got a shake. Might have been good but they use paper straws which kind of ruined the taste and the experience.

Small mean portions, tough cone, mediocre flavour and texture. What's the big deal about this?

Store was clean, shirts were organized. They didn’t have the sizes we were looking for, but that happens. What I didn’t think was great was all the young employees hanging behind the register, chatting and ignoring customers. Gives a very bad perception.

Very friendly staff and wonderful products! As someone who is fairly picky about designs on t-shirts I'd recommend a trip here and taking advantage of their custom print workshop! They have lots of old designs you can get made up! Lots of cool merchandise and of course the ice cream is to die for! It's my first stop everytime I travel to PEI!

Neat self tour to get the history and see the setup behind the scenes a little. Plus awesome icecream.

Only had one person serving ice cream? Line went out the door. Good ice cream but would not wait in line again.

Cows Creamery was awesome! They had many colourful and cute t-shirts for all ages and made cow related puns for favourites brands and games. (For example Harry Potter - Dairy Potter) Ice Cream here was delicious! Flavours have lots of variety to hit everyone’s taste. Overall, Cows Creamery was definitely a hit and will visit again!

Update: prices have gone up, and serving sizes have gone down.

Overpriced, and overrated. Tourists like it, but there are better chocolates, and better ice cream, to be had on the Island.

Great spot, good ice cream, classic large cow out front, interesting self guided tour of some history and the t shirt making process. Must visit if nearby

COWS Creamery has the best ice cream in Canada—B&J doesn't even come close! I've been ordering their cheese boxes all these years, and I can't wait to try all the other great treats they have to offer!

Outstandingly delicious icecream and shake. Very affordable and great taste of each flavour will mesmerize you. The staff were very friendly.

Good ice cream, liked their chocolate rimmed cones and their house made flavours like gooey mooey and cowie mowie.they have other products too for souvenir shopping like tees mugs chains butter cheese

The Cow's Creamery location and whole Cow's family is absolutely outstanding, they have been a part of what makes up the fabric of PEI's culture for decades and continue to make both Islanders and tourists smile with their adorable designs and delicious ice cream.

Our family has always had fabulous experiences with Cow's and have made some very special memories at the Creamery location. A huge thanks goes out to all of the fantastic people who truly make Cow's what it is! Especially, I would like to shine a spotlight on Tracy, Jodie and Kristi for being a part of what makes Cow's a truly extraordinary place to visit and to shop at. Their kindness, warmth and genuine desire to see their customers happy is so exceptional and always makes their customers feel like they are truly special to Cow's.

Very tasty ice cream, a large selection and variety of flavors, ice cream both in waffle cups and in cardboard packages. There is also a large gift shop with a variety of themed items. As you pass by, be sure to make a stop and try this amazing ice cream

This is like the ultimate Cows, if you cant find it here they probably don't make it. I like coming here in the summer and walking around the board walk and they have out side tables.

Ordered COWS new Over the Moon box to Southwestern Ontario. Ordered on holiday Monday, shipped from PEI on Tuesday at noon, in Kitchener just over 24 hours later!

Not to mention, it was a gift for a friend as she loves all things COWS so she was elated to see the box at her door!

Thanks for sending some of the east coast here when we can't travel!

Delicious ice cream and unique imaginative COWs brand tshirts, pjs and other items. Rvery year we always stop to pick up new tshirts to celebrate this PEI iconic place.

Very good ice cream, loved the done dipped in chocolate. I m not sure if they the best in Canada because i love Kawartha's Ice Cream, but my flavour was very good

The staff wasn't friendly and they have half the flavours of the Peakes location. No point driving here if you are visiting and staying in Charlottetown!

Back a few years ago when I was not lactose intolerant, Cows was a must do. Great icecream. I really wish they would come up with a lactose free or non dairy option. Sorbet is not an option! I don't like it.

Really great ice cream that is clearly made in house, as well the tour is pretty nice although lacking if you go later in the day as I did. My only complaint would be pricing feels just too high for what you get, and the tours need something to actually see in action for tourists that come later on the evening

Ça sent teeeeeelllllllleeement bon là dedans. Ils fabriquent leurs cornets devant vous (la gaufrette) miam c'était excellent. Cependant, 7$pour un cornet bordé de cacahuètes et deux boules. Pas donné mais c'est extrêmement délicieux. Il faut y aller c'est sur. Et j'y retournerai avant mon départ ahah

I loved the ice cream here, it's a great place to go anytime your traveling into PEI. It's quite expensive though so I would suggest not going all the time, but it's a good treat on a hot day.

A lot of hype over average ice cream. Pricing is crazy and after tasting, definitely not worth it. Grocery store ice cream is just as good and a fraction of the price. Save your money and pass this one.

Outstanding ICE CREAM and waffle cones. Lines move well. A must place to visit. Factory tours available. Great marketing posters and T-SHIRTS. You can watch the printing process. So much to see all around the outdoor mall.

Good service and great ice cream! Wowie Cowie was excellent. Ask for them to scoop in the toffee since there isn't much, but is soo good. Very creamy also

No matter how long the line, it moves quickly. The manager will even step in to help after signing out for the night if needed! Amazing ice cream!

If you want to get expensive ice cream served by people taking their time and allowing flies to buzz around your frozen delights, you’ve come to the right place. I used to like coming here but maybe I went when the crew hadn’t had their coffee or the day after a party.

Delicious ice cream any different dipped cones to choose from. Also a nice souvenir store inside where you can buy cheese too!

Absolutely AMAZING ice cream. No trickery when they say. Pulls a bot over the Gelato parlor. Funny T-shirt patterns, "Keeping up with the Cowdashians " Haha. Just a bit expensive. But worth it!

It's ice cream. And the service was good, so all good. Self guided tour (short and sweet) available as well for those interested.

Friendly staff and good variety. The ice cream is better than you would get in some other retailers but not outstanding. Also long wait to be served. The two freezers had essentially the same flavours and one line for each would make for faster service. Also an explanation at line entry of what is in each of the unique named flavours would be helpful.
