Cumberland Cove Seaside Campground

This was a magical stop for a newly retired guy from the Rockies. Planned on a week, stayed for over 3! Thank you so much Douglas and Micheline

Good place for digging clams. The Campground is peaceful. I love the sound of the waves at night time. It gets windy at night. Firewood is cheap. I like the butterflies in the morning.
Washroom and showers need updating.

Most amazing camp ground with a picture perfect view and the nicest owners I've ever met! They helped set up power and had coffee ready for us in the morning. 10/10

This campground was a hidden gem that my partner and I were so lucky to find!
The owners were the most kind people and treated us like we were family! The view camping right beside the ocean is breath taking and watching the tides change and being able to walk out on the red sand ocean floor.
Upon arrival the owners gave us 2 sea dollars, a gift (painted shell with the campsite name on it that we were able to choose from) and they had us stick a peg where we were from in their map in the office!
The bathrooms were clean, location was perfect and they even had coffee brewed for us to have the next morning!
They were very accommodating with any of our needs and willing to help out in any way then can!

I absolutely loved staying here, this was one of my favourite place so far in my maritime roadtrip. I was lucky enough to have a spot right on the shore, what a beautiful view. This is a small modest camping with great service and amazing hospitality from Douglas & Micheline. They made my stay so much better than I expected! They can provide equipment to go clam digging (and a clam digging 101 lesson). The installations are old and a little rustic but still decent. I would rather stay here over any other large campgrounds with modern facilities. You are right on the beach and can enjoy swimming at high tide, walking and clam digging at low tide. Michel & Doug are very friendly and welcoming and love dogs:). (Wi-Fi is meh but it's free!). Sites right on the shore have low intimacy but they are quite large so you're not glued to your neighbour and do have some intimacy when parked parallèle to the shore. Definitely recommend! Know that facilities are old but this location is everything.

Beautiful and quiet campground in front of the ocean, the owners (Micheline and Doug) are very helpful and very friendly.
I recommend this campsite because the fees are affordable, and the accommodations are clean.
We will definitively come back next year if we are in Prince Edward Island.

Wow, quel accueil par le merveilleux propriétaire, Douglas! Il avait même un super cookie pour mon chien! Il est très sympathique, s'intéresse à nos racines et nous fait pointer notre ville sur ses maps alors ça permet de voir tous les gens qui sont passés durant l'année! Petit camping tranquille, avec une vu magnifique et accès à une plage. A marée basse on peut marcher plusieurs centaines de mètres vers le large sans problème
Sentiment magique de s'endormir avec les bruits de vagues. Cependant, les toilettes nécessitent des rénovations. Nous sommes aller au plus fort des perces oreilles et il y en avait beaucoup, dans les douches et toilettes. Hormis cela, propriétaire super accueillant et présent:)

Très bien, toilette régulière avec banc pour s, asseoir, ou j, était ça s, était un peut les poisson mais le bruit de l eau super on entend que ça je recommande mais rien pour les enfants
