Domino's Pizza

The staff at the University Avenue Domino’s in Charlottetown, are great. I believe there was a change in ownership/management a number of years ago.

[And, I’ve been ordering from the same place for many years].

Since then, the quality is consistently good. When calling, the staff are consistently friendly and helpful.

The delivery driver are always polite and sweet.

I’ve only had a single mixed up piece of an order.

When I called, the staff were fabulous and gave good options to fix the issue (rather a non-issue because they were so responsive.

I’ve tried other pizza restaurants that claim to be better. I was disappointed every time - especially with staff responses.

I’ve stuck with this particular location- because of the consistent quality and even more so, because of the friendly staff.

I was using the app for a free pizza and the app had a glitch. The employees were very rude about it and took the pizza from our door because we wouldn't pay 20 dollars for a free pizza.
Very poor customer service

Maybe it's because we always go for the same thing, but this Domino's location has been consistently excellent with our pizza (extravaganzza), garlic fingers and cheesy bread. We usually order online and then pick it up and our orders have always been done in a timely fashion. Kudos to the staff!

I ordered a garlic fingers and they canceled my order because the roads were to icy and they rung up on me

Useless staff, drivers take forever, store doesnt communicate with drivers. Impossible to get delivery on time

Most awkward talk with a delivery person I ever had. I got the pizza. I hand him the cash.
He stands there. I stand there. Like.change?
Says he left it in the car, and I set the payment method to cash. Do NOT do this. If it is set to cash, carry your change to the door, dont stare at me expecting a tip just because I gave the money for my order.

It pizza. There's better pizza and worse pizza in this town. Good deals though and you get points for free pizza with an account. Do not like their donair sauce though. Worse donair sauce I've had besides the homemade donair kits. I'd order garlic finger from dominos but get sauce at dinos, greco, or pizza D. I don't do this, but I would lol.

Domino's is one of my main go to places for quick and delicious take-out foods. Love their pasta and cinnastix!

Well today I called and asked a question and when I was about to order a person hung right up on me. Had to call back and she was rude. When I got there they were so disorganized that they almost put through my order again. Not pleased one bit

Dominos is always good they made my pizza it took a long time so they gave us a free pizza and 2 free cheesy breads

I got the new chicken taco pizza last night.very disappointed with it! It did not taste like a taco what so ever. Had to you tube it and guess what.it says there is taco seasoning on it. Mine did not have that what so ever! Love to hear back from management on this matter! My order number was 244 and date was Jan 29/2021 at 851 pm!
