Experience Hyundai

I have had a very bad experience with the service department at this location. Everyone I spoke to was quite unhelpful and rude. I hope no one ever has to deal with them. Run from this org except you have no other options.

Leased a 2023 Elantra preferred about 2 weeks ago. Corey the sales consultant is always professional and friendly, and he is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. He provides quality customer service. Andrew the finance manager was also very easy to deal with, explained the lease contract clearly, and was very transparent with the process. This has been probably the easiest experience I have had leasing a vehicle. Thanks to both Corey and Andrew for making the experience easy and painless.

They are either incompetent beyond belief which resulted in charging me $1000+ for what turned out to be a very simply issue (which I needed to troubleshoot myself) OR they assumed that I was the sort of person they could jerk around.
To be fair, I had a good experience buying the car there and would consider going back for sales but I cannot stress to you how much you should NOT go to the service side. It is a waste of your time and hard earned money. Just go to Midtown Auto and save yourself the trouble.

What a terrible experience i had today. My hyundai elantra. 2022 developed a snag. I went there so that they can take a look at it but after diagnosis my vehicle was kept and i was told no rental or substitute car will be issued as they don’t have any … like seriously how unprofessional you guys have to be? You expect customers to understand your situation? When I’m the one with out vehicle and missing my work.loosing both time and money.

I use to think GM is terrible at giving customer service but experience hyundai is much worse … answer i got from your colleagues was « oh we don’t have any rentals or subsitute cars since covid » like its my problem? Why to brag about 5yr 100000km hyundai warranty when you guys cant afford rentals? Like if issue can’t be fixed for weeks you guys expect me to stay outta work? I commute daily 100+ kms To work.

We received excellent support and kind cooperation & assistance from both Dave Wigmore and Andrew Arsenault at Experience Hyundai in purchasing our new 2023 Tucson, following the unfortunate destruction of our previous vehicle in a fire in Florida. Would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership!

Bought my first EV from you guys! Doug was a great sales person, he was patient, prompt and answered every question. Once we got to the financing manager Andrew, we felt comfortable and didn’t feel like we were pushed into any extra cost or warranties.

I took my car to change my winter tires on today one of the lady is so rude she don’t know how to talk to customers

Absolutely horrendous experience with the service manager Justin. Took my car in for an engine recall after receiving two letters in the mail and calling this summer about the issue but being told “keep driving it until something happens. ” Before I took my car in, I was driving on the highway and lost acceleration, having to coast to a gas station and get my car towed. It took 5 days for Justin to return any of my phone calls, then when he did call he told me there was nothing wrong with my car and my car was 8000km over an oil change (it is not, my oil was changed 2 weeks ago and just by checking the oil/filter underneath the car you can tell that the oil is clean, as is the outside of the filter) blaming me for my car not working. He got up and walked away from me while I was trying to figure out what is going on. Extremely unprofessional and I left with an unsafe vehicle that STILL HAS A RECALL.

I'm very happy with the parts department! Only one think is causing a star less - the lead times.

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with my salesman David. He was beyond helpful and professional. He was there every step of the way and got me into a beautiful 2022 Hyundai Veloster N. I also had the pleasure of working with the Business Manager Andrew who was also an absolute wonder to work with. Both of them were extremely inviting and thorough. They made me feel at home and treated me like I was more than just a customer. I will definitely be back for another vehicle in the future and will be referring everyone to this location!

Another amazing exeprience at Charlottetown Hyundai! A few years ago I bought a used Hyundai from another dealer. I really enjoyed the car and then I had a factory recall issue that was closed but Experience Hyundai in Charlottetown honoured the recall (3 years after the recall was closed!) and the service from the Service department was second to none. After that experience I knew my next car would come from them. When I needed a new car this week the service, attention to detail, and my "special needs" were happily understood and tailored to. I cannot express how amazing the staff were, especially Kas, who kept constant communication and is simply the best. My parents bought a car from this dealership 3 weeks before had the same completely satisfying experience. I have been so impressed and reassured by the service here I will no longer go to any other mechanic except Hyundai. See you again in a couple of years Kas, when you sell me my first SUV! I would also like to express how kind the staff I wasn't dealing directly with were. Front desk was amazing and everyone in the building were friendly and kind. The personal experience is always nice, but I also feel the cars I have bought are well worth the money. Great cars, great service, and great staff. The "experience" doesn't get much better than this!

Kas helped me with my first new car purchase he was very professional and helpful! I would recommend Kas if you are thinking about getting a car.
Within the first month of owning my car the transmission went. BUT since it was under warranty I did not have to pay a cent, including my rental car!
I have not had any problems with this dealership. The service department is always very nice when It comes time for maintenance on my car as well!
