Loved it. Easy access close to shopping and food. Very friendly staff and very pet friendly.

This motel was a joke! As soon as they get your cc they don’t care! The room was not clean pics on file are not real. Ants on the floor. Flies in the room. I have never seen an earwig in a motel room before ever. Rips in the couch. I tried to talk to the office to say I wasn’t staying another night and want my money back. They all play stupid like there was a language barrier as an excuse, but the guy had no problem booking the room with my cc. They have zero customer service skills. The problem was I wasn’t happy with the quality of the room so they should of offered my money back for the second night. The owner kept saying follow the cancellation policy which only dealt with if a customer didn’t show up to check in. NEVER, EVER BOOK HERE AGAIN. STAY AWAY KERP YOUR MONEY!

Friendly staff. Great accommodation, clean, the kitchenette is a fantastic addition.
They even provide you with coffee, tea and sugar.

Honestly simply love it. We got a suite with a small kitchen in it that had some pots and pans for us to cook with, alittle cutlery and a tea pot.
We both simply loved it.
Only thing I think we didn't like is the wifi was weak, but more time together which is wonderful

Bien situé. 2 lits dans des pièces distinctes dont une avec une porte. Très propre. Par contre la soirée qu'on a réservé il y a eu de la musique forte jusqu'à 1hrs passée du matin et des bruits de chaises d'en haut.je conseille de prendre des chambre au deuxième étage.

Super amazing place to stay and the owner was so sweet. We didn’t book a reservation and she had a room all ready for us anyway. Super clean and very comfortable room. Thank you for having us!

Was the worse stay in my life they are so rude and do make you feel welcome me and my uncle were going to stay as he had a doctors appointment and then I got a call from the lady saying that the owners did not want us there no reason why just ignorant

We have stayed at this hotel twice before. This time there are new owners. Oh my goodness! The people here saying their rooms are clean, obviously live like pigs. The bathroom was NOT clean by my standards, the towels were stained with God knows what and the group of teenagers up partying all night, was the last straw.painfully disappointed. We won't be back.

Cleanest motel room I have ever been in, and I'm almost 70! Stayed in one bedroom suite with pullout couch in living area. Complete kitchen, all dishes and pits, coffee maker. Easy drive to many tourist spots on the island. Balconies, great if you have a smoker in your group. Outdoor bbq 's, kid's play area, fire pits with chairs, laundry.incredible value. Yes, not super modern but if you want clean, comfortable and economical this is your spot. We came for a 50th anniversary but will come back for vacations and we will stay here! Do note that upper rooms are walk up if you have mobility issues.

Stayed overnight. Nice spot. Rooms were clean and a good size. Needs a refresh, railing needs to painted.

GREAT location, ONLY 2 mins away from airport! Kitchen are clean and beds are comfy.also there is a playground area for kids. My kids super like this place.

Advertised A/C which consisted of extremely old plug in style humidifier/ac that did not work. The heat from the motor to run it actually made it hotter.
Very outdated and musty smelling. Was on 2nd floor and there were no lights at all while trying to go up 2 flights of stairs.
Bathroom was very small and no shampoo or conditioner, one piece of soap 1/2 the size of a matchbook.
Bed had a huge sag in the middle.
Overall room seemed clean, staff was friendly.
Had requested a late check out due to attending an event until 2am. Woken by housekeeping knocking on out door at 8am.
It was a place to sleep, pictures were deceiving. Kitchenette was useful of wanting to bring and prepare your own food.

On partait pour les iles de la madeleine, mais le traversier à été reporté. Heureusement que le motel était là, car il est un des rares qui accepte les chiens. Très propre, air climatisé, frigo' cuisine etc. Ce n'est pas une grande chambre d'hotel, mais c'est un beau dépaneur!:)

Great motel to stay at, clean room, nice views. Staff are very friendly and rooms are fantastic with very comfortable beds. Definitely gonna come back again

Such an amazing experience! Stayed here for 3 nights and if i could, i would stay couples days more. Beds are comfy and clean. Staff are wonderful. Everyone was extremely helpful, and eager to ensure you have a great stay.

Reasonable price and excellent customer service. The staff was friendly and helpful. I super like the garden, fishpond near the main office. This is BEST motel I have never seen.

Price was fair. The room was comfortable and clean.definitely come to this place if I visit Charlottetown again. Convenient Location, clean and beautiful motel.
