Extremely bad work quality. I went to do my eyebrows and they ruined it. I had an event the next day and couldn’t even fix my eyebrows using makeup. DO NOT ever go to this salon!

Lady that cut my hair was very nice but gave me the worse haircut I have ever had since my grandmother but a basin on my head and cut around the edges. Stylist? Took 12 mins to cut hair and it was 30 bucks for utter disaster.

Had an absolutely horrifying and disgusting experience there about an hour ago. My partner and I walked in this afternoon for a haircut and instead we were practically berated by one of the staff, Linda. She spoke extremely condescendingly and rudely when we were just trying to register for a haircut. I tried to question why she was speaking so rudely to us for no reason whatsoever, and she began calling us names, saying "What age are you going to stop being so immature? " My partner especially has been a victim to discrimination of age or appearance, so it really hurt to be treated this way by older people when all we're trying to do is pay for your service and get a haircut. My partner and I used to come here to get our haircut very frequently, and due to the actions of a single staff member we will never be spending another penny in a First Choice location. Linda refused to give us any management contact information, but I guarantee we will be in touch with a manager.
