Fisherman's Wharf Lobster Suppers

There is nice salad and dessert bar.
We had lobster and steak. The lobster was cooked nicely.
You won't go away hungry.

A family-style vacation diner with large table seating. I can imagine this place packed on season with masses of vacationers. We were a late season tour from a cruise and they served 2 buses of 40 people each fast and incredibly efficiently. We ran into an issue with my wife who has an unusual food sensitivity that makes it nearly impossible to eat many places. After a brief description with an electronic copy, they were able to accommodate her. This is a huge service win for a place that scales lobster rolls like MacDonald's hamburgers. She often settles for not eating because people don't know what is in their product or worse, don't want to be bothered. Everyone was very helpful - shout out to Ahmed (hope I spelled your name right) and his manager. They really deserve the 5 star ratings across the board for a place of this scale and market segment.

Ordered surf and turf all four of us, steaks the size of a hamburger patty asked for medium came extra well done, potatoes were cold, asked for hot lobster again cold. Offered to comp us our sodas on a meal that cost over $260.00 gee thanks. Bathrooms were disgusting broke rule number one, check bathroom will tell you how well the kitchen is. Definitely would not recommend.

We have food allergies and asked at counter they were marked above the items they weren't and when we asked if subsitions could we were told no if we had known this we would of not stayed there were about six or so items out ot the large salad bar and our lottery was Luke warm very disappointing

Ma conjointe et moi sommes allés dîner à ce restaurant le 7 Septembre 2023. Nous avons mangé chacun un lobster roll. Ils étaient excellents et étaient servis avec salade au patate et salade de choux. Louise faisait le service. Elle est Québécoise. Elle a donné un excellent service et nous a bien conseillé pour le choix du repas. Le restaurant est affiché Pier 15. Il y a une belle ambiance relaxe à cet endroit. Nous vous le recommandons.

The salad bar was very lacking, the mussels were tiny. Our waitress hardly ever came. Could have ate somewhere else for a lot less and better food. Would not recommend.

The food and our server were fantastic. It was frustrating to wait 20 minutes to get in to a place that was the quarters empty, we were told they were short staffed.

Lobster is over cooked, mosquitoes in the friut salad. Service is great. Overall price too high for the quality of food.

The food was good, and the portions were great. The service is amazing, the server took wonderful care of us.

This place was recommended to us because of the salad bar, and it was pretty impressive. The seafood chowder and blue mussels were good.
I was, however, unimpressed with the fact that you have to pay extra for soft drinks and they don't tell you that before you enter. There were 6 in our party, so that was not insignificant additional cost. Like many buffets, you pay up front. Either charge us for the drinks before we go in or include them in the cost. Somewhat of a dishonest practice.
As for the meal, it was ok. I don't often have lobster, but when I do I always look forward to it. However, either I have fonder memories of lobster than I should, or the lobster here was not the greatest.
Overall an OK experience, but I didn't drive all the way from Ontario for an OK seafood dinner on the beautiful east coast of our amazing country.
