Forest & Lake PEI Cottages and Bed & Breakfast

Tanya and Karl were very welcoming hosts during our 3 night stay. Their attention to detail and wonderful breakfast was greatly appreciated. Hope to return in the future and also explore more of Murray's Harbour. Harborview Restaurant is a must visit.

Tanja and Karl's property is wonderful, on the edge of a forest with an adjoining pond in a remote area of ​​PEI, perfect for those who love tranquility and contact with nature. The chalet and amenities match the description perfectly and the owners are very helpful and responsive. We took a ride on the pedalo in the lake, we loved it. Unfortunately the weather was rainy and we were unable to fully enjoy the exteriors which they really deserve. The chalets are a little dated but very well equipped and quite clean. Perhaps the more hidden spots need a double check: under the beds and in the corners there were some dog hairs and hair. However, there is a vacuum cleaner that we used to clean. Due to the rain the wifi and cable TV did not work well. For a surcharge of $8 you can also have breakfast which we didn't try because we were already equipped. We just asked for coffee, paid $2 a cup.

Host were very friendly and welcoming. Room was great. Nice quiet and beautiful location.

We stayed 3 nights in one of the B&B rooms upstairs. Everything was amazing - Tanja and Karl are friendly and welcoming hosts, everything is decorated with a great eye to detail and quality, everything thought through. The breakfast is super yummy (different every day). Make sure to make use of the hot tub! It's located in a rotunda that's very inviting to hang out in itself. There is a coffee/water/ice station downstairs and a fridge in the room. Oh, and free kayaks/canoe to use on the small lake on the property! All in all one of the best B&B experiences I ever had. Hoping to be back soon!

Beautiful, cozy cottages in picturesque woodland surroundings equipped with kitchenettes and a bbq. Close to awesome beaches and parks. A nice lake on the property to enjoy. The proprietors are the nicest, most welcoming people! If ordered the day before, a made-from-scratch breakfast is available which is 10 out of 10. Modest prices. Highly recommended!
