My car was damaged during hurricane Fiona and Gaudet’s Auto-body did a thorough job on providing an estimate for my insurance company. As you can imagine how busy they were with the repairs post hurricane there was an expected wait, however I was kept up to date with extremely high professionalism by Steve their Manager.

I received my car back and it looked like a new car! The staff were friendly, professional and customer service focused. Highly recommend as it is so important to have a satisfied customer service experience.

I would defineately recommend Gaudet's. If you need work done on your car. They are professional, friendly and welcoming. I needed work done and yes there was a wait to have work completed but, they were honest about the length of time it would take. They called and checked in with me to make sure I could still drive my car while I waited for the work to be completed. I needed a rental car, while my car was in the shop and they arranged it and had everything seamlessly ready the day I went in and when I went to pick my car up as well. They are centrally located in Charlottetown which made it easy to drop off and pick up.

Excellent work and stellar customer service. If the need arises again I will definitely revisit this company and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been dealing with Gaudet’s for years on vehicle repairs. I was involved in a major accident two years ago, where a dump truck on a construction site was at fault and caused extensive damage to my jeep. Two years later, a hurricane caused significant damage on my jeep. Both times Gaudet’s restored my vehicle back to the condition where it looks like it came off the lot new, although my jeep is now 8 years old. The staff are always super friendly, accommodating, and make everything with insurance seamless. 10/10 for both customer, service and quality of work!

I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. The repairs took a while but it was not their fault as parts were slow to come in due to supply chain problems. They kept me informed along the way. When the repair work was started it was completed on time and the end result was fantastic. You would never know it was damaged. I would highly recommend Gaudet's auto body.
