The staff are unhelpful and unfriendly.
I wouldn't recommend ordering food from here, the customer service is terrible.
I can see why there is only a few locations left on the island.

I have have never dealt with people that won't listen at all to what your saying my order was wrong and was told the managers is in tomorrow I been a customer and a driver with this location for for 16 years

Great job guys. Every donairs meat is weighed.consistency every time. Coming back home from Ontario I really enjoy coming to Greco's.

Pizza’s good. I would prefer other local pizza over Greco. I feel the pizza are too greasy. Overall worth the price.

The service is good. The location is good for me, the food is ok, a little greasy and somewhat bland but if you want a quick slice or full pie, it's a few points ahead of LC.

Great food and great staff. I love getting a jumbo slice and pop. It's a cheap and quick lunch.

They were soo busy, products were coming out as fast as the oven could work. My food was 5 minutes longer, but they were extremely busy. It was even mire tastier when I got home! They kept their cool as some customers were a bit rude.
Hey, why not try going behind the line yourselves and see if you can make it any faster?

Every time I am on PEI I need Greco's. This was close to the airport. Fast service, Donair perfection.

These guys are the absolute best. I placed an order online and due to some confusion on my part with the ordering system I made a mistake. They listened to me and respectfully and professionally fixed the problem. I can not recommend this spot enough. Fantastic food and even better customer service!

The donairs.with extra sauce. Mmmmm excellent flavor. The only negative.too much to eat in one seating!

Delivery is too much.like 20 bucks cuz I’m out of down and I live 10 mins away from there other then that love the pizza subs and donair subs! Workers are friendly as well

My friend and I ordered pizza and when we received it, the crust was burnt and instructions weren’t followed. My friend also ordered garlic bread and it was not as advertised in their flyer. When phoning to display our concerns, the man started laughing hysterically and made us feel stupid, stating all of our food is photo shopped. He then kept laughing and put us on mute. So disgusted by their customer service and pizza.

Pizza is a lot better than what it used to be, best Greco in the charlottetown area! Friendly and helpful staff, prices are reasonable! Take out is usually pretty fast, eat in service is a bit outdated and can be loud, bathroom is really dirty, but the building is also old and dirty. Hands down the best place to get pizza in town!

Always had good doniars here, but not this time meat and bread weren't heated enough. Meat was actually cold

I ordered a month ago for the first time a Greco pizza. It was the best pizza, it rated far superior to the
competitors.
Tonight, I ordered for the second time. The sauce was not very good, almost a had a hint of barbecue taste? I ordered exactly as the first, but it was totally different. I was very disappointed!

There is truly no substitute for a properly prepared Greco Donair.
Always my first stop when I arrive on the Island.

Greco hasn't really brought much to the table except for really greasy takes on things places do better. There is a special place in my heart for the oven subs covered with that sweet sweet donair sauce

Always order pizza from here, always worth it! Kids are always happy and they've never messed up our orders.
