Green Park Campground

Great campground. Only complaint was the mosquitoes. They were really bad when we were there, my suggestion would be to get lot of bat houses to see if they could help with the over abundance of mosquitoes

Beau camping, mais le service laisse à désiré. Personne à l’accueil, il a fallu appeler, mais nous ne sommes pas de l’IPÉ et je ne pouvais pas téléphoner avec mon forfait téléphone. Les toilettes étaient mal entretenues, la douche coulait partout autour du cabinet, devant le lavabo. Il manque un peu d’effort pour en faire un endroit vraiment agréable.

Camped here for 2-3 weeks a year. (Except during Covid)
Dog friendly. Kid friendly.
They have tent/2way/3way sites and some one-room cabins with a bunk bed.
The park is normally quiet. Lots of campfires in the evening.

Note: The Park is busy and noisy during the Rock-the-Boat music festival weekend.

New for 2022.free Wi-Fi. Good speeds. 50Meg down.
In 2023, they have added more sites. This means the park is busier on the weekends. More sites are in the works and should be available in 2024.

First time here. Great location, clean and well kept. Spent just over 2 weeks here. Always seeing the staff taking care of the grounds. Super friendly and accommodating owners. They always stop by to see how the stay is. Reasonably priced as a bonus. Highly recommend this site.

This was our first time at this campground. We have travelled across Canada from coast to coast and this place is by far the nicest and cleanest campground and most friendly owners that we have ever meet. We highly recommend this campground. The new management is doing a fantastic job!

Didn't stay here, but beautiful. If I lived close to this spot, I would be there as often as possible.

We were at Green Park Campground for two night and had a great experience! Large, private RV and tent spots, clean showers and washrooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. When we arrived they took the time to show us some spots on the campground that we could choose from. We picked out a lovely (2 way) spot near the water (bring your SUP or kayak!). You can be right next to the water if you have a tent or camper van I think.

They organize lots of fun things for kids, there was a hotdog party, a huge water slide (inflatable), that the kids loved. They organized lots more too. Kids loved biking around the large grassy field. There’s a big trampoline as well near the 3-way sites.

Wood for the fire is free and you can use the wood splitter yourself (which is a fun experience if you’ve never done that:). There were definitely some mosquitos, but nothing too bad, we did use deet and deet-free spray and that worked fine. Would definitely recommend this campground!

We used to camp at Linkletter but searched for a park with more electrical sites. It is a great place to camp.
