This place is great. I've Cream is amazing. It was recommended by almost everyone in the area. They're all set up for Halloween. Definitely try out their bowl of brains!

LOVED the atmosphere here. The ice cream shop is in a historic building and they make all their ice cream themselves. They usually have a campfire going on the outdoor lawn to enjoy in the summer and they have a shelf of board games that we sat and played with while eating our ice cream.

Got to try Holman’s ice cream as the last stop on our very short visit to PEI. Next time, this will be our first stop.

This is a historic older home with an inviting entrance. There is a hallway filled with the history of the family and house.
Plenty of seating areas in the house along with huge bill boards showing the many varieties of home made ice cream.
Trust me it will take you time to select your new flavour. For me the highlight was continuing outside to enjoy the landscaped yard with numerous groupings of lawn chairs to choose from.
Very relaxing area to enjoy your delicious ice cream. A must visit.

Amazing! Amazing! We went twice during our short stay. Chocolate ice cream was a favourite for my husband, but it's so fun to explore the rotating flavors. I tried Samoa (incredible coconut ice cream with caramel and fudge swirls) as well as the Rhubarb crumble ice cream. Fresh waffle cones. Love the garden area with lots of Adirondack chairs and even a small picnic table for our little boy.

Omg the best homemade ice cream and it is not too sweet. Love the atmosphere and the fire outside to enjoy and the great staff.

Hot cider was excellent. I'm not an ice cream eater, but the family members all raved about the excellent quality and flavour.

Incredible, iconic ice cream place with so many homemade flavours. Everything was delicious. We came to Summerside specifically to eat this ice cream and it was well worth it. Couldn’t recommend more.

Really, none of their flavours taste like anything at all and we tried 6 BUT the waffle cones are made fresh and we liked eating our order in the historic house.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the wonderful smell of waffle cones being made. Then the decisions regarding what to get. The different ice creams all looked amazing and it was the best waffle cone I have ever had.

Will definitely return when in the neighbourhood.

Great homemade ice cream. The Strawberries & Cream is out of this world. Sugar cookie, key lime pie, anything with rhubarb in it, pistachio. You basically go wrong. The best, tho, are their Christmas flavours.

Was very full from lunch but friend and I ensured we made it over to Holman's to have the very instagramable Spaghetti Sundae. Staff always had a smile on their faces depsite the long line ups.

It’s a IN house ice cream parlour and I like this unique concept with a lot of sitting table in backyard with Bonfire good for family meetings and stuff.

Best small-batch ice cream, waffle cones and bowls, and made-in-house bagged Chocolate English Toffee! We bought a bag after tasting it in an ice cream flavour intending to bring it home but ended up eating every scrumptious piece during our stay in Summerside. We also recommend ordering The Sampler in order to taste more ice cream flavours. And my favorites? The chocolate (made with dark chocolate) and pistachio (made with finely chopped nuts and no artificial green coloring) : magnificent! And such a beautiful and historic building and location to boot!

A fun step back in time with an old home turned into a great ice cream shop. Delicious flavours for reasonable prices. Turtle and hot brownie sundaes were a hit, Tons of hard ice cream flavours on rotation served in freshly made waffle cones.

First off the store itself is so interesting with all the historical stuff inside. Second it smells incredible inside, and the icecream selection was delightful. I had cookies and cream with caramel - OMG. Also waffle cones amazing. Such a beautiful outdoor garden for seating too

Beautiful Heritage Property in the heart of Summerside PEI. Serving up the absolute freshest homemade ice cream by the scoop you have ever had! We were quite impressed they had HOMEMADE keto ice cream, no SUGAR!

The cones are so good here, my favorite ever. The icecream is very tasty, however it is a bit inconsistent, and sometimes there will be ice chunks in it

Great service is key to any ice cream place and Holman's holds up to its reputation. Located in a historic building, this place has quite the selection of flavours and also has various voices if you are vegan. Sorbet and flavoured sparkling water to name a few. The outside area is gorgeous with landscaped shrubs and trees.

I thought sugar free maple walnut was my favorite.sugar free blueberry is like eating wild blueberry cheesecake without the Graham crumbs.so delicious!

The food is very tasty. The prices are on the high side but for the quality, the price is reasonable.

This is the place to get specialty ice cream in Summerside. This mom and pop shop is great. The staff is friendly and flavours rotate quite often. Always something new to try!

Ambience is fantastic! Staff is even better, and the ice cream in my opinion is the best I've ever had. Everything is house made they use the best ingredients for the ice cream. Their pricing is so competitive especially for the serving amounts and quality. Highly recommend this ice cream parlour to everyone!

The building its self had a nice old feel to it like a restaurant or an old style ice cream parlor. All the ice cream is homemade being a huge plus in my books. Over all it feels pricey but the auctual price at the end is very fair and no more expensive then other places. It's a nice team after going down to the city hall to pay Bills. Great service and great ice cream

Best ice cream I’ve ever tasted! Every flavour is so good, if you don’t know what to choose, pick the sampler, which you can choose 5 different flavours. Their strawberry is so tummy!

Best ice cream on PEI, hands down. If you say it's a tie, then look at your bill after you buy! Holman's is a walk back in time with excellent service and truly unique selections. If you love ice cream then you owe it to yourself to make this your favourite!

Is there a better haven on a hot sunny day? Really nice flavours - key lime pie is sublime. Even the Graham crust is captured in a delicious way.

Good icecream, bad service.workers were pushy and often yelled at the customers.other than that, an amazing icecream parlour and local one at best.

I would need an extra star or two to accurately assess the delightfulness of this shop. Their ice cream is silky smooth and packed full of flavour. Their waffle cones are crunchy yet chewy. Each bite of my blueberry cone was truly a treat. Furthermore, they have a spectacular historical building and unique artifacts from the past. If you’re in the area this should be on your list of places to visit. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff, very friendly. There's even a firepit in the backyard. The ice cream was so delicious. I would recommend any ice cream lover to not miss out on an opportunity to try this place out. It was by far my favorite ice cream experience of all. Thanks guys ️

Really delicious cookies and cream ice cream. One of the best I've tried. Shop also has plenty of space to relax and socialize.

If you only have time for one thing on PEI, just go here and pig out. This is the only place I visited that I would strongly suggest is a must-do. Everything about this place is excellent.

- lots of seating tucked away all over the property
- art on the walls for sale
- freshly made waffle cones right in front of your eyes which I have never seen before but you really must try
- unbelievable ice cream. I tried cookies n cream and it was excellent
- service is great
- street parking easily available

While the house and garden are lovely to sit in and enjoy your ice cream, if the weather is good, I would suggest heading to the boardwalk a few minutes away and enjoy it there with a great view of the water.

A rotating choice of 14 flavours, with classics like chocolate and vanilla and unique flavours like blueberry and Mexican chocolate.

My fiancé and I could not decide what to get, so we decided to get a sampler both times we went. It’s 5 small scoops of ice cream for a bit of the cost of a double scoop.

The family that runs the ice cream parlour is so friendly. All their children work there and seem to enjoy themselves. They also own a small B&B above the parlour.
