I like the store and staff are helpful and friendly but they never seem to have the books I am looking for, yes they can order them but so can I on Amazon. Dont like that they took the search computers out I found them very useful

Didn't have the next book in series and when asked associate said order it online, then walked away

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RESTOCK SEASIDE STRANGER VOL 4,5. IM TOO EXITED AND CAN'T SLEEP BECAUSE WONDERING WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT. I really need to read volume 4 and 5 asap or im gonna die curious

This is a terrible service! I understand that they have had hack issues but I placed an online order before their problems January 2023 and still have not received my order. After several attempts to rectify my order. Unanswered emails visits to the local store and was simply told you need to contact customer service which doesn’t respond to my repeated emails. I finally got hold of a sales rep who told me I would hear back in 7 to 10 days. Which has passed but the other day I did get an electronic gift card and told my order had been cancelled. This is not acceptable as I no longer want to do business with them or purchase any other products from them. I turned around and placed the same order on Amazon on Thursday April 6th and it arrived Easter Sunday morning April 9th. Why would I purchase anything else from Indigo Warning! Shareholders sell sell sell. This company will not be worth anything in a year.

They store profiles shoppers and they make it very obvious. I've never felt so uncomfortable shopping in my life.

Felt profiled in the store by 1 particular sales associate. She never asked if I needed help. She could’ve at-least did that to play it off…. She just followed me around as if i needed to be monitored. Definitely need a bit more customer service training

Store hours are horrible for anyone with a full time 9-5 job and weekends are so packed that it's uncomfortable shopping.

I was only near the front to get a gift card. The ladies at teh cash were very friendly and helpful. I could tell that they enjoyed working at Indigo just by tehre smiles.

SUPER friendly staff, who are knowledgeable, quick to help and always so nice. Dog friendly as well!

Plenty of books to choose from and plenty of staff passionate about books ready to help you find a great new series.

Whoever employee yesterday was handing out the masks inside the front door was unable to tell me if they were medical or non medical. The law states they must be non medical for this medical pandemic of covid we are having.you guys better be sure what you are handing out.

I love this store, no matter what I go in for, i always end up buying something else along with the thing I went in for. It's always so clean and well put together. Easy to get around, and amazing customer service. They're always so helpful.

It is outright wonderous when you find classic texts in a modern outlet like this. Indigo is a good place to go for booklovers of all kinds.

They didn't have a copy of a current best seller and couldn't order it. Bathrooms were not open and the young lady at the entrance to the store was combative.not impressed!

Rotten customer service. Left outside of store past posted opening time with about 9 or 10 others while staff sat around chatting. Another very frustrate customer knock on the door and recieved an talk to the hand motion from employee. When someone finally came to the door they stated that the hours were now 30 mins. Later than posted no apology just closed the door in our face and went back to chatting. Manager of this store should be disciplined and rude employee should be fired. Thanks for wasting everyone's time.

Large selection of all types of literature, as well as many novelty items, helpful staff, with a very calm and warm feeling makes Indigo stand out to me from many other big name bookstores in the region.

This is one of my favorite stores, all is very good organized. Good selection for kids and stuff for babies. When they have a sale is really worth.

The staff is always willing to help, always friendly, lots of safety measures in place for covid19 concerns. I love that the store is always clean!

They had a sale on, and their employees were very helpful in finding what I was looking for. Their hygiene techniques were excellent.

Great staff very informative and able to give you good reviews of books you may be interested in and so far their suggestions have been bang on for a good story.

I always enjoy visiting a book store. My kids love it there too They host lots of fun children's events throughout the year. Great selection of books, magazines, style, and decor items. Staff are always friendly and helpful. They are pet friendly and love seeing dogs come into the store. If you can't find it instore, you can order online and have it delivered.

Indigo has amazing atmosphere feeling similar as the movie you got mail. All they need is a coffee space. The book's are so amazing that you barely have energy to sit on a chair that you end up sitting on the floor reading

What's not to love? Wall to Wall books, writing accessories and other fun items for your office/reading space.

Very friendly staff, I find the books are a bit disorganized, the series I was looking for was mixed with another, some here, some there.

They have everything you want in a bookstore!
Also great service & friendly staff! If they don't have what you want! They will track it down for you.
Great support in local communities! They support school programs in a lot of ways!
If you are a book lover - you'll get stuck in their stores forever! I love reading!

They disnt have the books I wanted in stock, but was able to find a few others that seemed intriguing! A tad expensive and cluttered in areas. Organization needs a bit of work. I was looking for a particular non fiction book, staff ended up finding it in a random fiction area.

The bookstore is well-organized and has a great selection! I was especially impressed at how good their manga section was. I really wish we had Indigo in the US, but I like going here when I'm in Canada to pick up some good books to read at the beach.

First time at this store. It is a nice store with a good selection. Staff where very nice. Found everything I was looking for. As with most places these days bring a bag or pay for one.

They didn't have Tell Me More by Brad Kelln (me). A maritime author. They have all the American authors front and center. Nice enough store but no Star Bucks.

Love it at Indigo. Some years I'll do 90% of my Christmas shopping here. Great selection, and lots of novel stuff other than books.

Great selection of books. It was easy to find the book I was looking for on their system which showed 2 on the shelves. Customer service was friendly and quick to help if needed. There is a lot more than books but that is what I was looking for. The board game selection for example is decent.

I love that they support so many local charities and initiatives throughout the week. From the Autism Society to so many local sports clubs, most times I visit there is something to support.

The place is so relaxed and bright. I always enjoy taking my time wandering around the store just to take in the atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

As a bibliophile, it's hard not to love a book store. The staff her are friendly and attentive. There is a huge selection of books, magazines, and other literary (and non-literary) items. It would get 5 stars of it was a little more 'homey'. They do well, but big stores always feel a little antiseptic which, to me, is the antithesis of the reading experience.

Excellent staff - very friendly and helpful. Constantly updating their inventory of non-books such as games, toys etc.great stuff!
