Jack's Pizza & Donair

We did a take out order for the four people in our family with each person getting a personalized 9 or 12 inch pizza with two topping per pizza. Order was ready within 20 minutes as promised. All pizzas were enjoyed. We would stop again when back in Charlottetown.

This place. This place I tell ya. This place I tell ya has the best Donaires with the most meat and best sauce across Canada. I have lived in Alberta Saskatchewan Manitoba Ontario and pei. Not a single Donaire can hold up to this one. Not to mention there pizza is amazing and massive slices. 100 percent go here it is amazing!

They only had small or medium Donairs available at 6pm and they were made messier than usual. Still tasted great

Update: called our order into Jack's tonight at 8: 50 were told they were closed

Ordering online is an absolute disaster. We've been ordering jacks a few times a month. Most of the time, you need to try three or four times for the restaurant to accept your order. We order because they have cheap specials and the pizza is acceptable. Unfortunately, whether or not you'll get what you ordered is hit or miss. A few times, we've shown up to be told they received our order, but the system lost the order, so we had to sit around an extra 15 mins to wait for our order to be made. We've called in orders for 3 pizzas, only to get there and be told they only had 2 made but we could wait for the other to be made.

Today, after trying to order online for ~15 minutes, we finally phoned in to get our order. It's very frustrating, and I rethink whether or not to take my business elsewhere every time we order.

Had to take food back, donair meat was burnt, he replced them and was ol but makes me wonder

The place wAs disgusting. So dirty not fit to eat at. Had to get refund before our pizza was done. It was plain disgusting and unsanitary.

Reasonably priced take-out pizza and garlic fingers. Their donair sauce is just fair, but they make up for it with a TON of cheese on their pies. One downside is their hours - unfortunately they close semi-early so this isn't the place to go if you want a late-night after bar meal, but otherwise the service is great.

I've heard many speak favourably of Jack's, especially their Donairs, so we decided to try them. They were loaded with meat, sauce and flavour. Medium size was enough. Make sure you grab lots of napkins as they're messy good! There was a minor problem with billing and a limited choice of cold soft drinks in the cooler. I realize many people choose to pick up orders (it was very busy) but I suggest they may want to give some attention to the dining area atmosphere for eat-in customers. It won't be our last visit!

Jack's pizza use to be the go to place back in the day where you would travel 100km just to get their massive slice of pizza! Now it has become just another one of the bunch in Charlottetown. While it does have some decent priced specials, their main menu can be quite expensive for the quality of food they now put out on a regular basis.

Normally I love jacks i have for years but the customer service has just gone so down. Like last night I placed an order and they confirmed it and set a delivery time I waited over an hour didn’t receive anything not even a phone call too let me know what was going on. I called a couple times they didn’t answer their phone. Foods great but with a lack of customer service I’ll never eat here again
