Amazing place.
We ordered 1lb lobster, fish chowder and 6 shucked oysters. Enough for myself and my wife.
They all tasted great. And the oysters were so fresh and delicious.
One thing I liked the best was how the cook made cracks on the lobster. It made any beginner (like me) can get to every bit of meat in the lobster!
I recommend this place!

The Owner of the mart is so informative and friendly. As a first time visitors in PEI, he was playing the role of exactly as a concierge.

Délicieux lobster rolls que nous avons mangé avec vue sur la mer. Nous en avons profité pour rapporter aussi un sac de homard cuit et préparé. Produits frais de très grande qualité. Je recommande fortement!

Worst and very rude staff. The lady that sits there at the counter deliberately deals in a rude way to drive customers away.

Do not get the travel lobster for check in. The box was leaking by the time we got to Charlottetown and was a wet smelly mess by the time we got to Vancouver. We were clear on what we were doing with the box. It is inadequate quality to survive checked luggage. Carry on would have been better. We had to go find some tape to hold it together in order to finish our journey

The lady at the cash is disrespectful and rude. We wanted to purchase 1.5 pounders of lobster today and the lady took a lobster of 2 pounders. We asked if they had 1.5 pounders and she replied they didn’t have very impolitely! We paid and said thank you but she just didn’t look at us. It was very disappointing! We will not return to JMK. We will go to Waddells at Pope Road because the staff are a lot more friendly than this lady.

Bought fresh oysters and about 20% weren't fresh. They were unsuitable for consumption.

Staff is disrespectful and rude will not return. Respect goes a long way, time to get a new line of employees.

Wonderful Lobster Rolls and a delicious Chowder. We took food back to our motel and thoroughly enjoyed the fresh seafood.

Open on Sunday for all fish & LOBSTER! What a great find with an even greater view! Lobster On!

My daughter and I are visiting from the states, where fresh seafood is not available. We stopped in to buy some but asked advice on what to get. The staff was so kind and helpful! Can be back to the cottage and made lobster and scallops. My daughters first time! We both loved every bite!

I went into JMK yesterday to buy canner lobsters. The woman at the cash stated that she only had market lobsters. So I purchased 3 market lobster and paid for them. As I was about to leave, a gentleman from the back room walked in with a full container of fresh cooked canners! Her response was just "oh, sorry". She was just too lazy to go back and check. Will not be returning to JMK. I will now purchase my seafood from Waddells on Pope Road.

Purchased 2 "live market" lobsters 4 days ago. Asked for 2.5 pounders. After 15-20 minutes the service person finally came back out and apologized for taking so long. Her reason was they had to dig through crates to find the size I wanted. Total weight was 4.6 pounds, so didn't get the size I asked for. When I had a look in the bag I saw that the lobsters were dark shelled, black along the claws. That means they are getting ready to molt. Broke a set of nut crackers, finally had to use angled pliers to crack the shell. Meat was totally crushed. I was a commercial diver and fisherman for several years on the Westcoast of BC. I also lived in Mexico for 10 years, and have shipped 1000's of tons of fresh, live, and frozen products, live lobster included. Absolutely ridiculous the price they charge and quality. If you look at the bins of cooked lobsters in their display case, you will not see a single black shelled lobster. VERY disappointing.
