Wanted to try something new, I hate to say anything negative however we were forgotten, food was given out to customers that arrived after us. That was our order. Even got up to ask if our food was ever coming
About an hour wait before we received our food to have it cold… and very unappetizing…
They gave us a free pops d a piece of fish that was dripping in grease for our trouble.

Terrible, awful service. We ordered, waited 1 hour 20 minutes and had to get a refund because we were so hungry. We only ordered burgers and fries, and we watched as 10 people who came in after us got their burgers and fries in 20 minutes. Don’t waste your time and money! $140 for 4 people, they are a tourist trap, awful place!

We were vacationing in April and this was the only place we could find that was open. And what a find! Amazing food and very friendly service. Fries are awesome. We had their famous burger and it was fantastic and very flavourful. Highly recommend it.

If you enjoy paying a premium price for mediocre food, Just Johnny's is the place to be!

The menu was very small. Prices were high. Fish was very greasy. The service was slow. No forks or napkins. Burger was burnt. Fries were over cooked.

I had the pulled pork poutine. The meal and service was great. Great to have the business open during the winter months in Cavendish.

Had their famous burger and it was very tasty.
Wings & nachos also good. Place is very clean and staff is nice. I will visit again this summer.

Fries were good, the rest was okay, nothing special though. Definitely way over priced for what you get though.
We ate at Sou'West and the food was so much better and our total was actually cheaper than here.

Our waiter was friendly and helpful. The food was edible but nothing special, cooked from frozen and nothing fresh. The pricing was high for the portion sizes.

The food was subpar and not worth the money. We ordered quite a variety and none was worth it, a lot of it was frozen. I ordered nachos and added ground beef, not only was there very little cheese the ground beef was a hamburger chopped up. Very disappointing.

Don't usually leave bad reviews but byjesus the food was bad. Got the Grand Slam and it was just terrible

Said they were open til 9, showed up at 8: 25 and said the kitchen was closed, was ready to spend dinner for 4 people wanting drinks and food. Don't bother with this place.

My kids and I just arrived from out of province. It’s been a long day and we arrived here to the biggest smiles. These folks showed us a great time. I’m 53 my daughter is 12 and my son is 10 and all three of us agree that this was the best meal ever! Nachos with cheese mozzarella sticks onion rings the chicken burger was so crispy and perfect. But also, that the music was perfect every single song was just rockin. The place is impeccably clean and I can’t wait to leave the biggest tip ever. We will be back! Big time. Thank you everybody. So much fun!

Batter on the fish was dripping oil, mozza sticks no cheese. Friendly staff but food not so great, it’s early season so hope it improves

Just had a pleasant experience here. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and the colour scheme is nice. The young man who served us gave us excellent service (I think his name was Matthew) and was personable. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his wings and I appreciated my burger!

We loved this place! The music was great! The service was great! Everyone was smiling & friendly. The owner came by and talked to us and he was charming. Maybe some of these other reviewer‘s came on an off day as I know the place just very recently opened and they were slammed during the music festival. I think they’re still working out a couple of the kinks that any new bar and restaurant has in the beginning but we had a GREAT EXPERIENCE & I would highly recommend this place & we will for sure be returning.

Party of ten. Slow service.waited forever for drinks.had to ask where our drinks were.then told some drinks were not available when they came to table after the long wait. Nachos were cold and Not flavorable partner asked for double meat.lol.
Only part of review that is positive is our waitress was friendly ans kind.for a festival weekend it was unimpressive.none of our table left happy.

Party of 4 had an awesome meal. Young fella Matthew that served us was great. Quick service on the food. Young waitress Kennedy was very friendly as well. Recommend this place for sure.

Very clean and organized inside. That being said very little on the menu actually the smallest menu I've ever seen, small portions of food for the price. Nachos came with only tomatoes, cheese, and chicken. I know someone who asked for a coffee and was told the coffee machines were put away to get ready for Cavendish Beach Music Festival. I don't think we'll be returning.

Went with 10 buds, between the 10 of us we ordered almost everything on the menu. Not a single guest was happy with the meal. After waiting for 30 minutes I was informed that they ran out of fish. All of our bills was over $20. I recommend going any where else. Go to the "The Ship's Company Pub & Galley" or "Chez Yvonne's" instead.
