Really helpfull staff, picked up some items to repair a leak in the cottage roof and had a great experience. Not the largest Kent I have visited but certainly makes up for it by having polite helpful staff.

The item I bought was priced wrong, they did refund me the difference after I took and showed them what was marked on the shelf

Rude staff kicked me out of the store for having a mask exemption. Their actions went completely contrary to the mask mandate, which calls for respect for those unable to wear one. Shame on you for discriminating against people with health issues.

Kent always has my back. I can expect good customer service and if I have questions, either they have the answer or they start calling other stores. Customer service is top notch.

You only get one because it's the only way I can leave a comment. The way you treat people who have a mask exemption is shameful! I will never spend another dollar in any of your locations! You may laugh and shrug it off and say that's OK, but remember PEI is a small place!

Your typical hardware store, average prices. Store has decent selection but not big enough to carry great selection on some things.flyer sales, especially the weekend only specials, have some great door crashers. Find the stock of these deals isn't always great so easy to miss. Friendly staff and really good service overall.

Nice store, clean and good layout. All shopping experiences have been pretty good overall. All Staff are great, except one. There are two ladies who are usually in paint section, one is great, friendly and helpful but the other older lady with the short hair, I now turn around and go elsewhere if I see she is working. Three times I've dealt with her, she was very rude and acted like waiting on me was such a bother and inconvenience. I was thinking maybe the first few times maybe she was having a bad day but now three times in a row she had the same behavior. I know I'm not the only one who thinks this way as I've shared experience with others and those that have purchased paint there, knew exactly who I was speaking of. Not sure why she is there working customer service if she is so miserable.

Friendly and helpful staff. They helped me plan out a project with lumber and I left with a great idea of what I needed and the cost.
