Love the boneless bucket, but depending on where you stop
It's never the same amount of food.

Ngl.got a great food and service from this kfc location compared to the other one.
Loved the hot and crispy chicken!

Had the Lunch special.good.but not the size.that the pic shows.and fries where cold
I will tell them next time.and the restaurant needs to be cleaned.

I'm un sure if it's the employees or KFC as a whole but the 4 piece tender box meap for $17.50 is a joke

Went to the drive-thru for a twister wrap and a 2pc spicy chicken and paid $17 for it. I got home and opened the bag twister wrap is in there but they gave me 2pc. Original Chicken (the tiniest pieces of chicken I've ever seen) $17 bucks, not even a meal.

Usually prompt service, but sometimes appearing understaffed. There are occasional long waits at the counter, with everyone in the kitchen and drive-through area. Loud south Asian music is often blaring in the kitchen. Despite the apparent chaos, orders are accurately filled and the staff is very friendly.

Everything was served fast and hot! The gravy was amazing. The staff was very cheerful and pleasant and most of all patient while I stumbled through trying to figure what I wanted in my order.

There was a time when KFC was good. The food now lacks any taste, Gravy is warm but has the texture of water and the fries look like wet noodles that get cold after a few minutes. The one on St Peter's Rd consistently delivers food that is almost inedible. I won't be going back to a KFC for a long long time.

The location is very convenient, the service is also good, but the taste of the food needs to be improved

Poor service and cudnt speak English! Wow how do u get a proper order? If u can't speak English! Go back to ur own country!?

Un étoile parce malheureusement je peux pas mettre 0 ou -5.j'ai jamais vue de ma vie un KFC aussi dégeulasse! Les dritte et la sauce sont normal ok mais le but du resto le poulet fait extremement dure! Des mirceau de poulet avec une "panure" molasse qui s'enleve tout seul. Des languette de poulet pas croustillante nonplus et molasse on dirais de la lavasse. Et quoi dire du poulet pop corn? Omg loin d'etre du poulet pop corn j'en fait de bien meilleur qualitée avec ma petite friteuse a domicile en 4 minute! Panure molle qui croustille pas, poulet caoutchouteux! C'est le 2e kfc que je pogne comme ça! Si c'est devenue sa les nouveau standard, il sont devenue vraiment bas! Extremement déceuvant surtout pour le prix et la solide réputayion que lr colonel s'avais fait. Une vrai honte! Sauvez vous de la si vous voulez pas gaspiller 50-100$ et voulez manger du bon poulet frit.

0 stars, chicken was the size of baby hamsters, old and tasted funny. Gravy quality was basically brown water. Bonus, I power puked it up when I got home. Avoid at all costs.

Very good fast service, as, fast food should be. Fries and chicken, hot and delicious. Staff friendly and pleasant. Makes for a great meal!

Very slow, terrible customer service. 20 minutes with no acknowledgement that we were there waiting to place order.

This kfc location has had a broken fountain pop machine for over 6 months now. Repeated requests for it to be fixed have fallen on deaf ears. Service is EXTEMELY slow. After going over my order three times with the cashier they still got it wrong. All this after searching the menu for something after being told my first two options were a 20 minute wait. It is well worth the extra drive to the university avenue location. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE

I would recommend to go to a different KFC. This one always screws up orders and have to wait a long time to get anything even if it’s not busy. I have had issues every-time I have been there. Don’t waste time and money here.

Just ordered plant based chicken, and they said 7 minutes, which is fine. But when I ordered a 4pc chicken combo and they told me it's a 20 minute wait.what. Is this Kentucky slow roasted chicken?

Ordered a chicken bowl burnt gravy nasty chicken my stomach is upset if I could give less than 1 star I would never going again

I will never go back every time i go they mess up the order or forget to give you part pf your order. You can call to complain and get it corrected but thats a waste of time cause they dont answer thier phone.i gave them one star but that is five stars to many for the service you get there.
Tried this place agian and got no service cause they said they had no chicken. What kind of a chicken restaurant us open with no chicken.

Everything was good but they didnt give me my gravy which came with the combo and also I didnt get my cookie. I went through the drive through and realized later that I didnt get it so that was pretty disappointing. The lady literally asked me what I wanted for my side when I asked her what they had she mentioned gravy and I went with that. Low and behold no gravy. This isnt the first time KFC has missed something in my order and it's a shame because their food is good. Very disappointed with my experience.

Worst kfc i have ever been to

i begrudgingly go here almost every work day for lunch as my friends like to go here.the tables are always disgusting.the employees are extremely rude, are cutting corners everywhere.they almost never give you a fork or a cookie if it come with your meal.the employees can barely speak english and consistently get your order worng.they take ages to make your meal and if they forgot something they will litterallly walk away and make you wait 15 minutes.the pop in the dining room is consistently soda water.the entire staff needs to be replaced, they are ignorant and i higly recommend driving a bit further to go to the excellent university avenue kfc.the colonel would be disgusted.

The guy on the front counter was so friendly he completely threw me off my game.good job all round.oh and the chicken was great

They ran out of the burger I wanted. So I asked for a spicy big crunch. It was a regular crunch. They messed up my order and I didnt get a fork and no spicy mayo that I paid for.

I was in the drive through and I already paid and the lady gave me a drink and asked me to park at the front. Been waiting for half an hour finally walked inside and she was already being yelled at for letting people wait for nothing. Turned out they forgot to deliver. Bad day for everyone.

Just ordered 2 of the spicy chicken sandwich ultimate boxes. It was literally the best fast food meal I ever had. KFC killed it with this meal! Also the staff were very nice and accommodating

It was a horrible experience! The food wasn't fresh at all and i left the whole basket and when i told the representative (Venus) to return the food he was like we can give u 3-4 piece. How can someone eat the stale food! The whole staff need to be changed for this branch.

I went thru the drive thru yesterday on my way home from work I ordered an eight piece with fries and gravy. I drove home, an hour away only to open my box with one rib and five tiny wings. When I noticed I tried calling to let them know I was shorted, with no answer. I called numerous times the rest of the evening, they didn't answer. I called many times again today with no answer. I don't know how a professional business can operate when they ignore the phone.

Went through the drive thru for my order and picked up the 25 piece special. And got home and sat down with my family to eat and the bucket of chicken was full of grease that bad that it running out of the bucket and on to the floor I have neve so discused. I always loved KFC but not that much. I will never again order from there.

We got a bucket with 10 pieces in it, and it still had the feathers on some of it, I truly think the place should be closed for good, absolutely discussing. And also wasn't cooked on the inside of the breading. Gross Gross.

I love KFC but you almost never get the right order in the drive through at the University Avenue location. Then the staff gives a big stink when you tell them they messed up. Never had a problem at the St Peters road location though.

Since new owners took over the quality has gone down size of chicken appears to have been halved. We visit rarely anymore!

Call a few days ahead and order or else youll spend 30 min in the drive thru and even longer inside. Chicken aint even that good.

Worse then ever. Had big crunch combo. Chicken burger was half the size and cold died out. They did speak english but only to take the order. The tables were all dirty not cleaned down.new look inside and out. But same tarable service. Never again

My rate went down, I'm frustrated with you guys getting my order wrong over half the time.with construction happening, it's so hard and inconvenient to go back there to get the items you guys forget to give me.

It's KFC, the food will be consistent across locations. Friendly staff. Service time was ridiculous and I was not the only customer to complain about the time it took.

Terrible.this place gets worse every time we go. 545pm and they don't have enough chicken for a bucket. Lost a few people while i was there that didn't want to wait 35 minutes. Not well prepared

Ordered a poutine, it was stone cold! It was supposed to come with a cookie, no cookie, and no napkins. Wont be back. It was so dirty, from the windows, floor, walls, tables and washroom
