The woman who took our order was wonderful. She was even able to get me hot water to make tea with. I really appreciated that gesture.

I was very disapointed with the 3 piece meal, no coleslaw, chicken very small and very dry and over cooked. It will have to improve before I will go back again.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch today. We were not impressed. The staff in the kitchen were obnoxiously loud and it was so annoying. They didn’t stop the whole time we were there. Sounded like we were in a day care centre. Where was the manager. I ordered the plant based chicken sandwich and my husband had the three piece chicken dinner. His chicken was mostly breaded and my sandwich had so much mayonnaise on it it pored out when I took a bite. I had to scrape three quarters of it off. And then ended up throwing it out. GROSS. UNPROFFESIONAL MISMANAGED. I can’t believe I gave them a one star but it wouldn’t let me post unless I rated it.

My wife and i were here yesterday, we ordered a 10 pc bucket and a bacon lovers box combo.
We were waiting for almost more then 15 min for our food after we ordered. We were starting to get really annoyed when we saw 10 other customers come in and get their food while we were still waiting. So we went up and complained and They said that our order never showed up in the queue in the kitchen. So they had to use the receipt because they had SOO MANY orders. By the time we got our food we had been there for almost 30 min.
Ridiculous.

Love KFC but this location needs help. Not enough people working and trash was piled up plus tables werent clean. Otherwise food was great and atmosphere was nice.

Thought I would try KFC since it had new management. I waited 45 minutes while 6 people who ordered after me recieved there meals and walked out. Not impressed!

Good food all workers are good except the blonde one very ignorant complained about doing her job and is honestly the worst person to be doing any kind of customer service ever and it really ruins my day going there and seeing she working throws change at you doesn't hand it over rolls her eyes when you ask for extra ketchup
