Ordered over the phone to avoid the typical long wait, got to the store to pick up at the agreed upon time and they hadn't even started it yet, multiple people have ordered, waited, and left with food while I'm still waiting. Only redeeming quality was the older lady that seemed to be running the place, very polite and apologetic about the wait

We eat here once every couple of months for a treat, food is always hot and always is good!

There's one lady who has worked at this location for years and she's honestly the main reason we keep returning! She's the sweetest and I always forget to catch her name. She makes you feel very comfortable when ordering at the speaker and not rushed, she definitely deserves a gold star for customer service!

The parking lot is a perfect example of what kind of service you're getting. Signs hanging down, angled or half destroyed. Pavement flying as cars enter the drive thru. The Summerside waterfront looks worse with this eyesore.
Food wise, this used to be a favorite location for snacks, but KFC can't help but get in their own way. Removing menu items, replacing them with less appealing, stomach bloating, expensive items. Restricting the few good menu options to ONLINE ONLY, when this is a roadside/sidewalk adjacent store is foolish.

Got the extra crispy 4 pc meal. Was hot, crispy, and delicious. Thanks! Been really good recently

Called and complained regarding order of 14 piece chicken and asked for white. The chicken was disgusting and only 2 pieces were white. Left message for a manager to call. They did not call, so I called tonight and spoke to a girl and asked her name and she took 1 minute to give me her name as she spoke in her language and ignoring me and said her name was Amndy. I asked her for the manager name and she said not my business and hung up on me.

We just order one bucket of 6 breaded chicken with 2 sides of macaroni salad. It was really too much for four of us, we left some too. The taste was so good. I like and will visit again.

Absolutely garbage service ordered 2 things neither were correct and they are answering the phone and hanging up i would give them negative stars if I could've

For some reason they had the front doors locked when I went at 8: 30 and drive thru was very busy. Had made a mobile order and since I had to wait in the drive thru so long my food had gotten cold.

Possibly the slowest drive thru in the area. For a restaurant that main serves chicken, normally after 5 pm, don't have chicken ready.

Not as good as it was years ago. This restaurant has gone down hill from what it was 4 or 5 years ago.

I had the best customer service ever. The girl at cashier was very polite in nature and knowledgeable. Will love to visit again!

This place is so unsanitary. My chicken tasted like rubber gloves or soap or something similarly unpleasant. Check the PEI health inspection reports - they have had many repeated violations over the last three years, and only pass their inspections about 50% of the time. Today’s visit to this location will be my last.

Bad costumer service and the girl in cashier is really rude (Gurjit S.). Kindly train her how to connect with customer, interact and properly discuss about your product. It looks like she’s not knowledgeable and don’t have patient facing the customer. I will always keep on eye that girl for any changes.

Tried the plant-based sandwich today, and I have to admit, I was pleasantly surprised. It was quite good!

Typical KFC. Fry's sucked & Greasy chicken. Could use an update to the interior. Thumbs up to the staff though, they did a great job.

Very bad drive thru services don't know how to take order.charge extra money than the regular price such a worst kfc with worst employees.

I used to frequent this place for years and loved it under the Davies family.
Since the new owners took over the staff isn't as friendly or welcoming, the food quality isn't as good and it just doesn't have the same family restaurant feeling.
They've definitely lost a lot of my frequent business.

Very nice store, clean with a lot of seats/booths and even a counter like seats, over looking on sea water (St Lawrence Gulf). This store has the best drive thru you can ever find, with a large view on the sea. The food was good and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Will definitely stop again. Thank you very much.

It's alright food but the buckets are tiny compared to the west. Literally 8 instead of 15pc and 18pc buckets - but here we pay 40 for half the products. Shameful and Dishonorable.

Service was quite friendly and prompt, food was fresh. I swear the chicken breast in the big crunch has been shrinking lately and my twister was mostly air and ranch sauce. Taste was fine, I just could have used more ingredients. Maybe an off day.

Showed up at 8: 50. Hours said open until 9. Wouldnt even cook us up a chicken meal. I know it was 10 minutes before closing but still business hours are hours you are supposed to serve customers

Was not happy, was told it would be 7 minutes which I was fine with and ended up waiting 25, was not even told sorry for your wait. This is not the first time this has happened. Will be a very long time before I think about going back.

Terrible, terrible experience. Young foreign girl at cash took my order wrong. She realized when she got my food it was wrong and still gave it to me. Didn't offer any sauces with a large popcorn chicken, when I asked for some she begrudgingly handed over one, when I asked if I could have more since I had a large intended for more than one person, she seemed almost angry as she handed me one more. Figured asking for more sauces might send her over the counter at me.

When I tried to call and complain, TWICE someone picked up the phone and hung it up immediately, clearly evidenced by background noise. Absolutely abhorrent. Going to contact corporate. This was a good store once, but something terrible has happened. Beware

A total of 20 min in the drive throu to take my order and get my food. This location needs more staff during lunch hours
