What an incredibly worthless franchise. I took a chance with this place after they screwed up my order last time hoping they had gotten their act together. Cant make complaints over thephone so I guessit has to go here. Overpriced chicken that isnt even hot, you didnt send thelarge gravy with theorder, and you are charging almost four dollarsfor a can of pepsi. Will not oder from again. And neither should you. Whoever runs this placeis a joke, the staff dont pay attention to orders and they should be removed from skip and doordash for conpetency issues.

It was overall the worst experience, first I visited them for dine in and no one was available there at the front desk, i tried to call them, but nobody responded, and i was able to hear them inside.
Later on i went drive thru and they asked me to wait for a while in the corner but nobody showed up till 10mins, again i went inside to ask about my order and they said 1 minute please and they haven’t started the order still. Pathetic service. I ordered Spicy chicken sandwich and they just gave the chicken in it, no pickles and also the sauce was soo less. I was sooo disappointed with the service and also the quality.

Drive thru I appears to be open. But they are not taking orders from it. And are not taking them from their window either. You’re then forced to drive back onto university avenue. Drove away instead of stopping in.

This evening we had excellent customer service from Theresa at the drive-thru. Cheerful, friendly, efficient, and helpful! She went above and beyond to make our short interaction very positive. Well done Theresa!

I just finished my online order dinner.
It's my most disporting experience of KFC.
I order Burger dinner for 2 people. The burger meet is dry like stone. I'm still trying to figure out how flour paste can become so indestructible.
We asked for more lettuce, they said OK. So We got 2 more pickles.
I won't go there any more.

Great KFC. Food was very fresh, crispy chicken sandwich was probably one of my favorites. It was cooked perfectly. Someone had the 4 piece meal was good, but nolonger get a breast which was a little disappointing. Was very happy with the service. There was a lot of giggling going on, I made a comment to the server, that it seemed like a lot of fun was had here. He smile said something to the kitchen staff, which erupted more giggling. Great experience. We will definately return

Very poor customer service. I am the only customer and the attendant infront of me didn't bother taking my order. They're not busy but it seems they like the customer to wait for them.

Worst people working there I have ever seen. Slow and don’t care about people. Make mistakes on the order all the time

The drive thru was poorly run, the employee did not speak English well and was confrontational when asked about menu items. I ended up driving away without completing my order

Kfc university Ave seems ok enough but the one in sherwood.umm always have order issues at that location. Update, tried again in July 2022. Pathetic would be a compliment.

Drove up to the drive thru at 5 to 11 (Opens at 11), sat there until 5 after (No response). I drove up to the window and the staff were atanding around talking. When they seen me a guy opened the window and said they couldnt take my order because the system was down. I said thats fine and i waited. He then came back immediately after seeing that i wasnt moving and asked me what my order was. I ordered with a coupon and was told tney werent accepted and i had to order online and come back. I mentioned that since i was here at the place and it didnt mention anything about ordering online on the coupon if he could just ring it in it would be greatly appreciated. He snubbed me and replied sarcastically and closed the drive thru window on me. I left and went to the KFC on St Peters road who took the coupon, gave me my meal and it was delicious.

The Kentucky Fried Chicken is a great and fantastic place to buy meals and the staff is friendly and helpful too

Letruce on big crunch was brown and wilty.big crunch was squashed.but was squashed. Presentation was horrible. Fries were half empty, and we asked for diet pepsi and received pepsi.

It's a bit better than the KFC on St Peter's. At least my entire twister wasn't floppy and cold this time.

Used to be a great fast food option but quickly went downhill with the current owners. Tastes bad, they clearly cut corners, and I've felt sick after eating their chicken. Mary Brown's chose a great time to attempt a PEI comeback

They’re open but no one knows how to cook the food. Couldn’t tell me when someone would be in to cook the food. I’m very confused why even open if you don’t have people to make food. I know everywhere is short staffed but Jesus.

Got 2 chicken sandwiches there 2 days ago. The absolute worst ever! Bins were stale, flat and burnt. Chicken was tasteless. I was shocked, KFC typically was good but now I would say no. Girl working the counter was great and super friendly and helpful. Took the meals home to eat and couldn't be bothered to go back. I was very disappointed with the food and will not go back.

Horrible customer service. Have placed orders multiple times and have all been canceled. They do not answer phone calls. Extremely unprofessional establishment. 0/10 don’t recommend to anyone.

More than once they did not give me what I ordered. KFC as a chain has really gone downhill and this particular location drives the point home. The chicken pieces are smaller, dry and lack flavour. The fries are bland as well. Col. Sanders must be rolling in his grave, even if he was cremated. If you are craving KFC, don't go to a KFC.

Just ordered a 4 piece dark meat dinner.no legs, in a four piece?

Also asked for ketchup and salt. Should I feel fortunate you at least put the ketchup? This isn't hard.

Chicken tasted like, send had the texture of, chicken that had been sitting around ALL day. Gravy was so thick you couldn't pour it.

Sent the wrong beverage sizes on order, mayo was on the sandwiches when it was asked to be without, and NEVER picks up the phone. If your driveway is always so empty then what is keeping you from answering your phone.

They don't read orders from online properly or don't even receive. I got wrong items from two orders in a row.
I had to contact Doordash and Skip bunch of time but never fixed this issue.

I went through the drive thru waited 5 minutes before they took my order and were very rude to me. I was ordering and the lady was giving me attitude and talking to me like a child and then when repeating my order I corrected her because she rang something in wrong and she proceeded to get irritated and started yelling at me. The food was very gross and cold as well

Must have new owners as the quality of food has gone down hill. The gravy has no taste and the consistency is like water! What happened?

Plant based products are good, but they are a little dry. The burger had enough mayo and lettuce, but the popcorn chicken didnt come with dipping sauce.

This place needs shut down! Using same gloves to take order, take money, and get food!

Where he gave me my cup, after I realized there was only carbonated drinks to have (i don't drink carbonated drinks) and I changed my mind on the drink, he took my cup back and put it to serve next customer! After I had touched it!

No ice.only water in pop machine.hardly any taste of herbs and spices. Took 25 minutes to get order

Told me there were no chicken tenders available for 10 days. Got a mighty meal for one. Charged me regular price. The customers ahead of me left without ordering. I suggested to them to put up a sign letting customers know.not sure if they heard my suggestion.

If you do decide to go here make sure you have something to do on the phone for 10 or so minutes in a line by yourself, the cell service is better than the employees. When they finish their conversation while looking at you, make sure you dont want any chicken cause there is none cooked or being cooked up for the rest of the day if you're there anytime after 5pm pretty much. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because they make you live a healthier lifestyle by not coming back.

Horrible. Rude staff, chicken was overcooked and tasted old. None of they employee's seen to care. Garbage on the floor. KFC is terrible now

Ordering was painful. Chicken parts weren't all identifiable as normal cuts. Is it just me or have they changed the recipe?

Love Kentucky duck. Pieces are soon gonna be so small you will be able to eat them like mcnuggets.

This evening May 23rd, 2020 my wife, Four kids and myself went through the drive through at KFC. At 8: 25 I ordered a double bucket with Lg fries, a Lg popcorn chicken and another Lg fries. The woman at the window tells us that "it will take 10-15 minutes for your order so if you wouldn't mind please park out back and someone will bring it out to you". We parked out back and waited. At 9: 08 pm still no one came out, 43 minutes after I placed my order. So I decided to call, phone rang 5-6 times then hung up on me and when I called back a few more times the phone was taken off the hook. So then we decided to go back through the drive through to see what was taking so long. When I got to the window 55 minutes after I place my order. I asked and was given no answer why it took so long. I told them I called and no one answered and that the phone was taken off the hook I was replyed with " sorry about that". To top it off when we got home the fries were on the bottom of the bag under the buckets of chicken flattened all dark meat chicken and to top it off they forgot the second order of Lg fries. Not impressed at all.

Very rude not helpful at all went through drive-thru ever going again didn't order a thing just left.

Service 0 - Never able to get the new crispy chicken pieces. 3rd time now went there around 7: 30. They say its not available. Lazy workers and the KFC is supposed to be open till 10pm!

Owner need to review how business is conducted there and need to teach their workers customer service!

The food was great but the wait to order was way too long. 1 person doing cash and food at lunchtime

The last few times I've been there the people cooking there made perfect chicken and there was great customer service.

First time I've ordered a big crunch and gotten a burger of disappointment.

Ordered the big crunch, get told they have no lettuce. Ask the nice cashier why "It is recalled". I ask why their iceberg lettuce is recalled when it's a romaine lettuce recall not iceberg. "Yes sir, we use romaine iceberg lettuce". Not doing that fight, say no problem. Ask the cashier to club it.

No problem. Cashier then volunteers they can add tomato (apparently clubbing it just means cheese and bacon.

Get my burger, tomato and SHREDDED CHEESE takes up about a toonie sized space in the middle of the burger.

In conclusion the staff was nice but that was the worst KFC I've been to before

I always enjoy KFC. This time the fries were just warm, and became cold to soon. One thing I forgot was a to order a gravey. If asked I would have. I enjoy a hot meal. The service person was nice.

I have been to this location a couple of times and they are under staffed or not properly trained.

Don't t like the chance in there chicken very greases and the boneless chicken has a bone the only thing I like there now is the fries and the big crunch sometime.as long as they don't use the chicken fingers for the burger.there gravy is good when the make it this right it was my favorite places to go when I was a kid's an still was until they changed their way off cooking they need to go back the way it was.

I love KFC but the prices keep going up and the portions keep getting smaller. The Montague location has gotten so bad I don't even consider it as an option to eat at anymore. It makes me sad.

The store closes at 11pm. We reached the store at 10.30. Asked for a bucket but the guy told that there is only 3 chicken left and the cook is not gonna make any more. What a rubbish

Long line and they only had one person working the cash. The server was very polite but I felt bad they had to work so hard. Quality of food went a little down as well.

Food fine service nothing to rave about.staff need to pay attention to orders. 3 out of 4 of our orders were wrong. However they did fix the order but just a bit of a hassle.

Chicken was good, called in order for pickup, lady answering call was curt, not accommodating, and unprofessional. Chicken was good and hot but serve 5/10
