Lady's Slipper Cafe

Good food and wait staff where awesome. The food was good. The place seems dated and I felt it was dirty. There where flies buzzing around our table and garbage on the floor under tables.

Always tasty, and now in an expanded location. Breakfast is only available until 3pm now that they are open til 7pm wed+sun.

Amazing price for every food item with lots of good options. We got the rise and shine, and the English muffin bacon breakfast sandwich with a side poutine. All were delicious.

We decided to go to the Lady Slipper after a recommendation from the Montague Tourist Information folks, we arrived on a busy Tuesday morning, and took a seat in the back corner, off the bat it had a dated vibe, but that's definitely only part of the picture. Overall the food was delicious, and we would recommend the eggs Benedict & the Meat Breakfast Bowl.

Customer Service 2/5 - our server was very nice, however she seemed to be the only one for the fair sized restaurant. Which led to the feeling that they were under staffed, it was too busy for the waitress to be able to have the personal service feel

Presentation 4/5 - The food looked delicious as it was placed on the table but wasn't anything extraordinary.

Value 4/5 - the value was good, portion sizes were average and large enough to not leave you hungry, but it also won't completely stuff you.

Taste 5/5 - Both the All Meat Breakfast Bowl & Eggs Ben were delicious, their hollandaise sauce was delicious, would highly recommend either of these dishes

The restaurant was very clean, however the decor was dated, and the bench seats were uncomfortable hard plastic

Unremarkable diner. We had breakfast there. The menu didn't differ from any other small unpretentious venue on PEI.

Camping or stopping by in PEI; generally looking for a classic breakfast or a bit of flavour variety? Here's your standard and reliable breakfast place. Later in the afternoon to evening get ready for some Cuban options on the menu.

Went for breakfast with the hubs and loved it. We both went for your typical big breakfast and the bigger breakfast with bottomless coffee. Felt amazing and happy after.

Nice little restaurant. Stopped in for breakfast. Good menu with fair prices. Food tasted great and the service was wonderful.

Update: came for breakfast as usual and asked to exchange a side for sauce. Was told flatly no. This is a bit frustrating as you would think a side would be worth as much as the hollandaise sauce. Didn’t leave the best taste in my mouth unfortunately. Food is still good but the customer service could be improved.

Service was awesome and I came in at around 4pm, which was pretty quiet so made the food order fast. The prices are fair for what was ordered, this is what I got and my friend also got a burger.

Great home-made food, good prices, nice staff, friendly atmosphere. Closes at 2: 00 so no dinner service. Good location.

Really great spot to get breakfast or lunch, id highly recommend the cubano sandwich, staff are also very friendly and quick to refill coffee, the only thing keeping this restaurant from getting 5stars is the wait time after ordering. A 35-40 minute wait has been the average time for a table of 2, (in my experience). Overall, if you are looking for a quality breakfast or lunch, and dont mind a wait, this is the place to go!

Always loved going to the lady's slipper, it's a great spot for brunch and everyone knows it.that's why they're always so busy! Plan some extra time for a bit of a wait on the food, it's worth it.

Waited 45 mins for a fries and gravy and fish dinner-this is a cafe not fine dinning-not happy at all-if you have all day to wait - then this is the place to eat- for us workers out there- just way to slow-

Potatoes were not seasoned like by someone else mentioned, eggs tasted almost like powdered egg. We asked for extra crispy bacon and they gave us almost raw. Overall I don't think we'll ever visit again.

My husband and I decided to go out for breakfast this morning to the Lady's Slipper Café. This was the first time we went to the new location and we love it! All the windows make the interior so much brighter. Our breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced. The owner, Caesar and his spouse Heather, are very welcoming and enjoying their new location.
