I found the staff at Leon's especially the man who helped me his name is Less and he was great not pushy at all he seemed like I've known him for years which was a better experience thn the place I was at prior some place out in industrial area she was pushy to point of intimidating.thank u Less u were great

I have been a customer for over 20 years I would not shop elsewhere else. The sales people are great and know their stuff. And the people at reception know how to put a smile on your face. Thanks Charlottetown Leon’s staff

This store is absolutely TERRIBLE! Worst customer service, not organized, and worst staff I have ever come across. Been waiting 2 weeks for a chair and now I have to wait another week because they can't get there stuff together. Do yourself a favor avoid this place all together save yourself the torture. Only gave them one star cause I had to would of given them a zero.

Prices are alright, sales persons are ok but your non return policy bites! I can get other furniture company's to take the old back, not sure why your company can't!

Pushy sales person wouldn't listen and just kept trying to offload a demo fridge on me even tho I clearly stated what I wanted down to the exact measurements. Shame this use to be an amazing spot to shop until the last few years.

I bought a microwave there and first thought it was odd they opened the microwave and used them as floor models but they had one still in the box but I bought it. It worked for 7 days then would only heat the food randomly and then it stopped heating at all. I brought back to Leons to exchange for a new one and was very surprised to learn that they have an all sales final policy and all appliance regardless of how long you have them have to be dealt with through the manufacture. I was not informed this at the time of sale and I was very shocked. When I called Samsung they informed me that Leons should have filled out a form and submitted it to them to allow me to get an exchange. No one at Leons told me or even offered this to me. Very poor customer services from both Samsung and Leons. Neither wants to stand behind their products they make or sell.

ALL SALES FINAL (absolutely no returns) - wish they told me that when I bought this Samsung over the range microwave. I got a dud that only worked for a short time and tried to take it back to the store for an exchange or refund. No help, no apologies and zero sympathy from the sales staff or floor manager, just "all sales final, you have to deal with the manufacturer". I get that if it was past 30 days, most places only have a 30 day return policy, but it has only been 17 days. After arguing with me for 10 minutes I left and will never return. Wish I could leave zero stars. Buyer beware.

Will never deal with them again. Been dealing with them the last 12 years. Bought multiple appliances, living room sets and bedroom sets. Then just today had them take 3 appliances to my mums and she had to cry to get them to take the old fridge out. And to top it off they would not even put the new fridge into place.

If I could I would give them 0 rating. Very unprofessional. Specifically the manager. The way she talks is super rude. I had previous experience from Leon’s but this location is horrible. The hiring team should do a better job on hiring top level leaders or provide them some training how to deal with customers.

Boxing day sale. Sales person added warranty without asking and didn’t know her current sales.

During delivery they damaged our doorway and refuse to come good for the costs of repairs. After sending an email to the owner of the store they still have not replied. I called the store and the manager and she refuses to pay the damage $400.00 plus change and told me that we told the delivery personnel to force it through the door opening. Who in there right mind would say that. Needless to say I'll never buy another thing for DP Murphy group.

Won’t live up to online order. Bought a sofa online and it seams Leon’s sends the order to the store nearest your address. Item was paid and I received receipt. Charlottetown Leon’s want to cancel order saying they don’t order that model. Doesn’t make sense since stores in NB and NS say they can order the sofa and will be in by Aug. Perhaps it’s because the online price is over $2000 less that the store price. Manager won’t call me and gives excuses to floor staff. Found Leon’s corp.contact info and have yet to have a response…. Amazing how local and corporate won’t respond to me or live up to a units advertised price that I ended up paying for.

So… sell a person a floor model couch and when it arrived it was missing pieces…. Called that night, got someone to come out and look at it the Monday after, perfect gave them lots of notice I have animals even when buying the couch, after not getting a call, I’ve called numerous times of the update what was going on no call backs everything, they decided to call me and give me two options two weeks later… give me $100 back or order the part and have my install it myself cause they won’t send a tech back to my house to install it and all said with attitude … That’s quite the customer service ya got there Leon’s. I wouldn’t have had an issue if I was told immediately of what was happening but being given the run around and now this attitude not impressed at all.

Absolutely do not waste your time with this store.
They will take your money, for products they do not have in stock, and have no intentions of getting them to you. They will lie and tell you what ever you want to hear to make the sale.
We ordered appliances with the assurance that they would arrive within no more than four weeks.
It has now been five months with no updates, no replies, and no calls returned.

We purchased a fridge in June and it was damaged. We have been unable to receive a call back or any further communication on a door that was supposedly ordered for the fridge. Messages left, emails sent and zero communication. Hard to believe from an island owned business. Not what we expected when trying to support local.

I find some of Leon's furniture is Wal-Mart quality but at Leon's much higher prices.

My wife and I wandered the store for about 20 minutes checking out livingroom furniture before we were Greeted by Gordon. He was a delight, and helped us purchase a couch, loveseat, and chair. Great experience!

Great service. We buy a lot from Leon’s Alex goes beyond with customer service. He is pleasant friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. Great service from management also. Their delivery staff are amazing guys. Thanks to everyone for the amazing service.

Customer service was just okay. Didnt have much in stock (looking at power recliners) so items had to be ordered in and a lot of items are back-ordered. Cost was comparative to other furniture stores.

We have bought many things from Leon's.and it is ALWAYS 5 star service for us.weve never had a problem with anything weve bought Salesman are always very eager to please! We will continue to purchase our furniture there!
