Mark's

Id like to start this review by saying i am incredibly upset with the service i received today at marks and I'm thankful the employees wear name tags. The service i received from an older lady named Andrea was an absolute disgrace to the company name. I am not one to write poor reviews about people making mistakes, but i have an issue when i feel disrespected as a paying customer. I entered marks looking to purchase a pair of saftey boots when i entered the store i received a hazing stare from Andrea and a warm smile from the rest of the employees. (Note: i did not enter the store dirty from work or smelling like her breath) she scurried immediately to the back of the store yelling for fellow employee. (I would assume to do the work she feels too important to complete herself) shortly after she left the back room to assist me. I asked if i could order a pair of boots. Right on the heels of my words she replied i cant do anything without a style number and began to turn away before i could even get a word in. I interjected with in fact i do have the style number. She rolled her eyes like a toddler and let out a sigh that the big bad wolf would be proud of. She did not want to serve me! She looked for maybe 30 seconds on her phone thing and replied theres nothing i can do i then showed her a picture on my phone of the boots i wanted to buy and responded, theres still nothing i can do. Now I don't know if its her age and shes getting a little forgetful but she didnt even try to present me with an alternative i spend almost $300 every year at marks purchasing saftey boots. Marks has lost my business i will now be shopping locally for my saftey gear. I sincerely hope Trevor Carroll the store manager gets a chance to read this review so he can deal with Andrea's poor customer service, bad attitude and foul breath.

The store is great, however the employee's working on the floor weren't very helpful or even attentive when asked for assistance. Cashier was great but I don't think I'll be back there anytime soon. I spent over $250.00, I am pleased with the merchandise, but again floor employees just rude and ignored me!

Hands down best store in Charlottetown. Everytime i go i get help right away from Linda. Really appreciate all the help i get from her for my work boots.

They have great quality clothing the only spot ill buy my winter gear at. Only down fall no one asked of we needed help. Other than that is is a great store and quality

The Charlottetown Prince Edward Island Marks Work Warehouse is a great and fantastic place to buy work clothes and the staff is friendly and helpful too

The Best place to buy what you need this winter from head to foot.people are so accomodating, they helped me find what i want and i appreciate that so much thank you Mark's

Love the store and the product is as good as any. I recently reviewed a winter ball cap with side flaps. Love the cap. I made an observation that the side flaps don't hug the ears appropriately and suggested they use a spandex type material. They sent me an email and said the "staff" read the review and it didn't meet their guidelines. Guidelines? I made a constructive, posiive suggestion and it offended you? Come on.

Adorable collection of all brands with reasonable prices. I always do my shopping from this store.

The racks are too close together, the clothes are spread out everywhere.along it hard to browse for certain items. The store seems understaffed.
