Good job. I ordered online because I don’t feel so good. Then you want me to go over your store and bring back the sandwich I ordered with mold? Shut the front door. Didn’t say any options for me. It’s just so frustrating being so helpless. Thank you Mcdonalds!

Absolute trash. I was looking forward to getting the new Adult happy meal and I was disappointed, they didn’t have it, I was so disappointed

The oil used for this fried chicken may not have been changed for a long time. The fried chicken was all black and tasted terrible.

Visiting from out of province and had higher expectations than what was delivered by this location. 3 minutes away, yet food and coffee were tepid, at best.

We went last night during 'post tropical storm lee' and had the best service! We ordered from the kiosks but the guys doing the order number calling were on point! Super funny and definitely some personable fellas!

Fast service. The floors were really greasy and people were slipping on the dirty floor. No one cleaned up the mess

I personally don't like McDonald's food but my son wanted something so we went to the drive-through. The staff was fine

I ordered a big Mac but it had way too much sauce so I only tasted the sauce and not the rest.
It's not the first time that this happened.

I wish i can give 0 starts worse tim on whole island. Worst service of all time dont know how to treat their employees.imagine how they serve customers

We stopped here last night around 9: 20pm to grab some coffees and witnessed a worker not only leave the washroom without washing her hands, but she then proceeded to stand around behind the cash registers constantly biting her nails in front of us and other patrons. She then started to make someone's Mcflurry, touching everything with her hands spreading around her germs from the washroom and her mouth all over everything she was touching. It was really off putting to see and this was a perfect example of how sicknesses spread so fast. On a side note, I only know she didn't wash her hands in the washroom as I was in there as well. Very gross hygiene especially around food. Thankfully we were only passing through so we won't be back, but maybe a talk about the importance of hygiene would be helpful for some of the workers.

Their app doesn't work at this location, they ALWAYS forget something when we order. We stopped going here. Prefer Wendy's now

Had breakfast there this morning it was really good and the worker that brought it out to me was friendly and courteous and wish me a good day.

I'm still not completely happy with the place but it seems they are making more improvements But like for example my brother ordered a BLT bagel meal And hes lactose intolerant and hates eggs and they gave him an English muffin with egg and cheese bacon lettuce no tomato no Mayonnaise My brother was on the toilet for hours And whenever he called in they were like we'll come back and hes like my brother's gone he drove me and they were like well we can't really do anything about it But stuff I've been getting lately has been correct I just got something tonight I'll see how it goes I'll give you another star McDonald's Donaldson but please start putting the right things on the right things on the right things and the right order in the right bag

I don’t understand how you managed to screw up my entire order. I had to tell the girl at the drive thru my order 5 times and my whole order was still messed up. Invest in some good ear pieces so your workers can actually hear us for gods sake. Should’ve gone to a&w

I don’t understand how 2 chicken snack wraps is so hard to understand…. Ongoing issue for years. They repeat back the order to you and everything! Yet I am always shorted my 2nd wrap. Just ask Betty May the day she followed me out to my truck, after I went in and requested my other snack wrap! Like dealing with a bunch of gangsters trying to buy myself something to eat. (Glad she’s gone) Unfortunately it doesn’t make McDonalds any better.

FYI - no good trying to contact management, they don’t care.

Don't bother. It was 1: 30am, only one other person in the drive threw, their debit was down and I was refused TAP WATER without a purchase. Debit/card wasn't even working! The employee was very rude and disrespectful.

*All while I'm traveling across Canada, stopped to PEI for a little vacation, ended up with a sever tooth infection, drove 35 minute's to the hospital in Summerside (in the middle of the night), needed a snack/drink while waiting to be seen (in the car, covid times), and yeah! Nope. Drove down to Tim's where the employee was shocked that someone would refuse water.

Slow, rude service, and order was wrong. Normally im pretty slack with fast food but it took us 1.5 hours to get through 6 cars in the drive through. Needless to say, wont be back at this location

The clerk at the window was so kind in Summerside, she helped us feel special and attention was amazing food was awesome too lol

Fast service but some people really shouldn"t work with customer service especially over a microphone with such horrid tone of voice

Foods is great but service is rush to fast sometimes and the food is not put together thevriggt way

A bit more pricey than most fast food places and I find the manager is quite rude to customers and the kids that work there

Of the dozens of locations across Canada I've been to, this one is the most successful location for order accuracy. Management is doing something right.

Good food, fair prices. Quick service however the downside is often times specialty orders are done wrong, and have to go back in to get the correct order.

Normally we have a good experience at this McDonald's, however this mid-afternoon was an exception. The lady who waited on us, wearing a "trainer" label, seemed to be unfriendly and impatient from the start. Hopefully it was an isolated experience.

The food was good and service was fast. But they seem to have forgotten the service with a smile motto.

That young man named Denton is my favorite worker everytime I go in he always seems to put a smile on everyone's face.

Went through the drive-thru around 9 and there was an old lady working the drive-thru she is the most crankiest person I've ever met and my food was so cold and I only live two seconds away so I am not very impressed

Must be new hires in. Wait a few weeks for them to be trained. Ordered this morning, shorted a hash brown, a coffee was wrong, and a tea ordered was a coffee.

The gravy was gelatinous and off-putting, I couldn't stomach eating more than a few bites. I won't be back.

Poutine is basically fries with gravy and cheese, which is not REAL poutine, but basically it is a burger place.

The indian girl on drive through is so cheap. Always looking at your men. Idk whts wrong with this girl.

MacDonald’s is just a close facsimile of a food- like product. It gets 2 stars for speed and consistency/predictable.

Did not like the service "AT All" the female that wated on us was getting our food wasnt very nice and we waitd for 1/2 hr. Then they over loaded every big mac with sauce which wasnt ordered no would not go there again or send any of my friends there

Store was dirty took forever to get the food and staff was rude. They'd look up see you and not greet you just pretend you weren't there.

1 star because theres no 0 Star possibility because everyone living these days deserves a slight reward.

Like most McDonald's it was clean. But the seating arrangements would be better if there was more room to maneuver in and out of chairs.

Got wrong order.not very happy the drive in is12k and 12k back to have to do it over again so the price of the fish and chips plus gas was not good. Order and gas around $27.00 and you do not get very much in a order.

Good food, which was hot. Cashier suggested a slightly lower meal which was great. It waa raining hard outside so felt cold inside but that was not their problem. Can't help control the weather

It’s a McDonald’s. The drive through line is getting considerably longer since their coffee is gaining popularity.

It's McDonald's, you get what you expect, cheap easy food, good coupons, order through the app for coffee, it counts stickers, and you get the sticker on the cup
