Shoulda known better then to order on skip. They decided that it should take them from 9: 11 am til 10: 45 to make 3 breakfast sandwiches, 2 muffins and a mocha and send out! We are home sick waiting on our breakfast that we will not be receiving now because of the EXTREMELY long wait time for something simple to make. I refuse to pay $20+ for food that's gonna arrive cold after taking almost 2 hours to make so now we get to go hungry until our money is refunded

Update July 2023
The last three orders have been messed up and missing items. I order via the app (to avoid the expected language barrier) so I know exactly what I ordered.
Today, they put cream and sugar in my *black* coffee and didn't give me two muffins that I ordered. I literally had to scream at the window attendant to even get her to even look at me, and even then I think she was hoping I would just drive away. I would give negative stars if possible.
The previous two times I ordered here were also missing items. So that's three strikes - will not be returning.

It's a drive-through "McEsso" (McDonald's + Esso gas station) so it is what it is: a limited menu, can be very busy around meal times, and they tend to run out of things. I'm not sure how they run out of quarter pounders but they did.
Usually relatively quick, 2-land drive thru. Accuracy is horrible so check your order before leaving.

The quality of the product is terrible, and the service is also terrible. How could McDonald's allow this kind of store to exist?

I stood in the store at the cash for five minutes. There was at least 6 people working drive through and ignored me. So I walked out. Never again will I go to that McDonald's again. Ide rather walk in town.

Not the cleanest place! Enough staff there but not enough people obviously to keep it clean and swept!

Love this location as it is open 24 hours, which is great when you're up super late and get the munchies.

Don’t waste your money going here! I got egg shells in my McMuffin multiple times, they forgot my hash browns. Tim Horton across the bridge is way better. Not much choice’s around Pei!

It's a gas station with a McDonald's in it, so don't expect tea at the Ritz quality or service, but on saying that the guys and girls put on a high level of customer care, and the food is warm and fast.
The front desk staff also have headsets on talking to the drive through customers which can be a bit off putting.

Actually really like this one. The staff are competent, pretty friendly usually and I've never had a mistaken order from them

If only i could take stars away tried to place a order at 315 am as i am a late night worker always can order but tonight this guy told me oh we are closed i should no this after already placed my order. Wont be back

Very bad service… i ordered from skip the dishes lots of time … sometimes they forget to put dipping in the bag, sometimes stray and today i ordered juniour + nuggets + small coke … they put the straw but without drink ….
Call so many times regarding this … as i called today the supervisor told me that they are not able to do anything contact with skip the dishes they will refund money …… I told her as its happened many times with me, don’t she think she have to ask the worker that work properly and double check? She said NO, because maybe its by mistake…. 1 time or 2 time is fine.but its every time when i ordered from Stratford location….

This location in Stratford should be ashamed! I didn't get to order. After seeing the bathroom, I could not imagine eating anything there. This bathroom was beyond gross with old urine around the entire toilet, being a unisex bathroom, it had been there without inspection for sometime, by the color. I'd never eat here if they can allow the washroom to be overlooked. With Covid the lack of soap In dispenser, was deplorable. Do a better job. With the amount of staff at this location, DO BETTER!

McDonalds usually pretty good. However I ask always for less mayo as I find it a bit too much. However I got an enormous pile today that I had to scrape off. Customer service very nice though. Convenient location.
