McDonald's

I don't understand why they display the different sizes of items when they are only selling / serving one size. It is misleading and misinformation.

Went to this McDonald's in Charlottetown. The service was slow and the staff was blasting Indian music.it was so disturbing and annoying. Why was this allowed while many guests were trying to dine in

Every time i order in drive thru I have to go back to get order fixed or missing items they never apologize

Super disappointed. Didn't realize the burger was wrong untill I had left and had also poured my fries into the top of box. When I went back to get it fixed it had around 15 minutes and instead of making a new hot burger they found the one I should have gotten at the window and gave that to me (it was barely warm) plus a small fries to replace my then cold ones (they were also soggy and not very warm. Very unimpressed with this and we'll probably go to Wendy's next time.

Cashier didn't have a clue. I asked what toy came in the kids meal, she had to ask manager, I asked to buy an extra toy, she again asked manager. She charged me for 3 happy meals, when I only asked for 1. Again manager. Than manager told me she'd bring my refund to me at the table, and didn't. I had to ask when I was leaving, and she didn't know what I was talking about. I had to tell her what happened, when she was the one who waited on me. (and they both, were not kids getting first jobs, these girls were, college students, who spoke English very well)

In general, not bad, but there is one remark: we had lunch in the children's room (where there are children's slides), did not like the smell in this room, probably this room was not aired, perhaps the sun warmed up the plastic slides or the territory was treated with some kind of disinfectant, I don’t know.in the end we left and finished eating in the fresh air.

I mean, it's McDonald's. The food is nice and greasy. And the quality of the food goes down a bit by 1 or 2 in the morning.
Basically you're getting exactly what you're expecting

Some employees are really nice but others need more training with customer service. Better manners and more smiling goes a long way!

The Macdonalds is a great and fantastic place to buy meals all day long and the staff is friendly and helpful too

I'm addicted to the Mango Pineapple Smoothie. I don't know what they put it in but I gotta have it.

Was only thru for facility use because many businesses do not allow that since covid-19. It was clean and worked.

The food quality is average, and they mix up the orders frequently.

Edit: customer service is non existent from drive thru staff.

I'm not a great fan of drive-thru takeout, but I'm not keen on COVID-19 contact, either. Lots more time, cost and waste (fuel and food packaging). Wonder how they keep straight all the orders when it comes to payment and pickup from two lanes? They don't get it right all the time. Ask, and check at BOTH payment and the pickup order windows. My simple advice.

Poor customer service. Drive-through Order taker doesn't have any interest in taking the order.

The manager sahid does not have talking manners and he is very rude he is gonna mess with me today and when I asked his name he don’t tell me even he don’t have name tag and i ask the other staff the girl also refused to tell his name they are talking in their native language so bad experience on macdonald first time hopefully GM and DM also taking strict action on this topic seriously

They services was really good. But if they don't replace that new floor soon there us going to be trouble so slippy.

The clerk's at the window at MacDonald's on University Dr in Charlottetown were so kind they made our day the fries were piping hot too, here's to the holidays

I'm not a big fan of any fast food to begin with and only have it maybe once a month. This time I stopped around 630am there were no line ups and service was prompt in the drive thru, as it should be. A cpl egg Mcmuffins and coffee and I was satisfied.

Its McDonald's, if you like McDonald's you'll like this location. This location has a giant kids play area which I'd assume is closed due to Covid-19

Clean, fast & tasty. McD's delivers in these points as well as any other fastfood chain. In fact, it does it better.

I give it 3 stars because it sucks when you’re sober but it gourmet when you’re drunk.

Well organized for social distancing, and staff directing and taking down necessary information are very pleasant. Food is very consistent.

The drive through is tight, but there is 2 ordering lanes. Even when busy they get the food to you quick and didn't mess up the order.

This is the McDonald's that defaults your breakfast size to small. Sometimes you get the juice box instead of a cup. The juice is watered down. I don't know what the difference between here and Stratford is but Stratford is MUCH better. In service, food, and speed.

Ordered through APP. Told to leave for store. On arrival denied my order as they were only accepting cash, although person ahead of me used tap... Waste of time. Look elsewhere.

It’s standard, but they haven’t messed up any of my orders so that’s a bonus. I’d recommend this Mc Donald’s compared to the one attached to the Esso gas station, as the food just tastes better and seems to be prepared better also.

Worst customer service
I always get the hash browns added in my burgers instead of meat and i do pay extra for that all the time and i always do that at the stradford location and they always add the hash brown to the burger if paying extra for that

Today i visited this store on University avenue and they totally refused to add the hash brown in burger and said that is against policy but the one at stradford location never said so and always did that

Later the manager who was on duty named Prabh came and was talking with an attitude and denied that he will not do that

That was the worst customer experience ever and they did that under name of policy

Value items went from almost better than the actual meals to garbage. They put Sliced cheese on the chicken wraps after they had released the new wraps.
No bueno for me

It's standard fast food. Burgers. Fries. Chicken. Shakes. Etc.at a decent price. Teenagers mostly work there so don't expect them to always get your order right but a lot of the time they do.

Just went there foe medium D Caf coffee.the coffee was so cold like water and they declined to provide the fresh coffee.they said we just brewed it 10 min earlier.time 8.45 pm 9 Dec2019

Pretty disappointed with my peppermint “hot chocolate” was basically drinking watered down warm milk. Was disgusting not impressed

Just went through the drive thru, horrible service. Maybe it was a bad day for them, but they made sure to passe it along to the customer. If we had time we would of Stop and enter to make the complaint. We have a very short break. So we are in a bad mood.

When you're going to The Don's you know what to expect. It isn't gonna be crazy delicious food and a fine dining experience, its gonna be you showing up absolutely plastered and getting a couple junior chickens. That's fire

They now have the large touch screens you can order from. The play area is quite a bit larger than before.

It's decent fast-food. For the portions that you get, it honestly ain't worth the price unless there's any offers or deals going on. Last time I went to McD's, their ice cream machine was broken. Sadly, I was very disappointed. Don't know if I would come here again.

Disappointed that they no longer use Monterey Jack cheese! We usually get the egg Mac, no meat and substitute the Monterey for the processed cheese which is apparently made with milk solids. So no more egg Mac's. It will certainly reduce our visits here.

Restaurant de fast food propre la plupart du temps. Nouveau décor depuis sept ans. La qualité de la nourriture est telle que ce à quoi nous nous attendons à l'exception des commandes placées après 20 h plus ou moins. À ce moment-là, tout est plus frais et meilleur au goût. Peŕsonnel courtois et parfois formé partiellement. Il obtient toujours l'aide nécessaire d'un collègue.

It's a McDonald's, nothing out of the ordinary. Everyone knows what to expect when they get McDonald's.

Protip: If you ask for McChicken sauce packets when you order you get charged extra but if you ask for it at the pickup window they give it to you for free.

I used to give this Mcdonload one Star because I waited 20 mins for my meal on a nobody line at drive through one years ago

Never had a problem here, I guess anybody who rated it 1 star doesn't understand what McDonalds is, it's not a restaurant so to speak, it's fast food. Only thing is that the Ice Cream machine is often broken (aka always broken) at the University Ave location
