Mike's Queen Street Meat Market

Mike’s and its predecessor the Queen Street Meat Market have kept our family in meat since the days they delivered to my great-grandparents on Prince Street.

The dry-aged beef, the home/smoked bacon, the amazing cheddars - up to 8 years old! - just amazing stuff.

Note: it’s a *real* butcher shop. You *will* smell meat and see blood on the counters.

But that will be the best meat you’ve ever had.

A pick up variety boxes of meat from Mike's. They include nice cuts of chicken, pork, steak and bacon. The quality of the products and service are top shelf. Prices are fair for the quality you get.pro tip: try the 8year old cheddar - so good!

Got a dry aged steak here recently. It is by far the best steak I have ever had. Like not even close. Near brought me to tears. If you aren’t going here for your next bbq you are a fool.

We went in to Mike's about 2 months ago. We walked around and asked a few questions as the butcher our way was just not cutting it.
We talked a lot about the kind of ribs we wanted, he brought out these massive ribs and I will NEVER buy ribs from anyone else now. It cake as one sealed pkg, and we were discussing how to thaw and repackage as singles. Mike said bring it back in once thawed in fridge for a day and he would be happy to reseal it. Blew our minds how he was so nice and helping.
Then he sold us on his beautiful ground beef.
