Montana’s BBQ & Bar

We had a wonderful night as we celebrated my wife's birthday. Food is great, atmosphere is great and our server is great as well. Hats off to Caitlyn for taking care of us!

Not sure where to start with tonight's takeout order, because it is a doozy.

Got home from picking up the order and it was missing gravy, 3 cornbread, a potroast soup, blue cheese dressing. Got 2 orders of mini doughnuts as well that came without sauce and without cinnamon sugar.

I know I probably checked before leaving for missing items, but they should have also been checked prior to packing the order.

The sauces and cinnamon sugar come in the doughnut container so I wouldn't have seen them. The blue cheese dressing should have come in the chicken wing container so I wouldn't have caught that either.

They tried to make it better by having the missing items ready for pickup when we came back and giving an extra order or doughnuts but those didn't have cinnamon sugar or sauce either

Food tasted good thankfully

Our waitress didn't speak English so got the order wrong twice then tried to charge us for the 2 wrong orders then expected a tip! If they want to hire poorly trained immigrants who can't interact with customers then customers will leave, we won't go back until Montana's hires better staff

Excellent restaurant! Very friendly staff! We had an excellent waitress. We had the brisket sandwich with the spice fry's, they were the best brisket sandwiches we ever had. Very tender, the sauce and crunchy onions was excellent. Very clean restaurant. We will definitely be back. Update, went here August 24,2023 and ordered the brisket sandwich and it was very tough and very hard to eat. The flavor was fine but way to much gristle. The service was fine though.

Last time we ate a Montana's in Moncton soooo disappointed a before it was good. Now we reacquainted with excellent food! Thank you

We had the most amazing experience last night at Montana’s in Charlottetown. There were 6 of us dining and we all argued that OUR dish was the very best one. (I had the fish and chips which was a group favorite; it was savory, crispy and cooked to perfection!) Despite the family banter, what we could all agree on was that our waitress, Jenn, was the most incredibly kind, helpful, energetic, friendly, sweet, and fun waitress part of our evening. She remembered my mom, a pretty regular patron, and engaged in playful conversation as she served us our delicious dishes. Long story short…we’re back at Montana’s tonight and lucky to have Jenn as our server. Food didn’t disappoint!

Jenn is the kindest server you can find! She is efficient, humorous, and is great with people! She’s the best!

My waiter Jenn was very rude the whole time we were here she yelled at my friend for asking for crayons and rolled her eyes at us when she passed by and when she came to our table

Jenn is an amazing server. She makes you smile and appears that she loves her job. The food was great as always. Some mix up with the sides but nothing that wasn’t rectified immediately. Always recommend and ask for Jenn’s section.

Our severs, Jenn, was a delight. She was funny, personable, had good knowledge of the menu items, and honestly just made our trip amazing. The food was exactly as you'd expect from a chain restaurant, good and quick. Although very busy, Jenn made sure we were looked after, was friendly, didn't rush us and honestly is just a gem.

Great food and service. When we arrived it felt like it was 60 degrees in here. I watched so many ppl put on jackets and sweaters. There were 2 young girls across from us. One was shivering. Asked manager about it. He said he would turn temp up. Not sure if he did but it did feel like the cold air stopped blowing on us. Just make sure you bring a sweater or jacket. Otherwise very good.

I eat out a lot and I must say that was probably the best service I’ve had in a long time.
