We got three quotes from around Charlottetown and Novus Glass offered the best price. They had our windshield in stock and replaced it on the same day we brought it in for repair. I’m pretty sure they thoroughly vacuumed our car too because the seats/floor were much cleaner when we picked it up, which was a nice little surprise. The staff were super friendly too!

So happy experience. I’m very satisfied with Novus’s service. My windshield has been repaired. A huge money saving.

I went to Dash cam installation and somehow it didn’t work due to the Cable selection. I appreciate Bez that he stayed with me and we figured out the issue.
Bezz is amazing guy with great knowledge. He set up camera very neat and clean that no hanging wire we can see in car. I appreciate the support that he shows during installation.

Super helpful folks. While I waited for my vehicle, I watched nothing but friendly service.

Took a week to get my windshield in, with no communication so I had to call and ask and it was in the next day so I suspect they had forgotten about me. Windshield that they brought in was cracked so they had to courier another in that afternoon. When I went to pick it up, the guy was cranky at me saying my insurance card has no policy number on it. Turns out he had taken the old insurance card out of the van. The up to date insurance card they had lost and now I need to call for a new one.

Nope.won't be back.

I got my windshield repaired a few weeks ago at Novus. What can I say!? Great service, thanks so much John and crew! John took me to a nearby coffee shop via shuttle service during my windshield installation. Once completed, John provided shuttle service return to the shop. The guys had my floor mats cleaned after installation as well! I highly recommend Novus Auto Glass in Charlottetown. Give them a shout!
