- During our tour, we were provided ample contact information and invited to reach out should the need arise.which we did and the response was swift and efficient.
- We found the suggested BikeGPS app to be very helpful during the tour.

We were visiting from out of town and looking for rental bikes to enjoy part of the Confederation trail. They guys at OLS had the e-bikes we requested ready for us when we arrived and did a great job showing us how to use them, giving us info on various trails, and getting us on our way. The bikes were easy and fun to use-we had a great day out on the trail. I highly recommend Outer Limit Sports.

Highly recommended! The folks at Outer Limit squeezed us in mid bicycle tour, right before we caught our bus, and did a tune-up and inspection. They were super kind to help us last minute, and made the rest of our trip even better, knowing our bikes were in great condition.

Great trip. Bikes really good, accommodations good, people at shop and everywhere super friendly and engaging. Routes clear w good app. Be aware that you’re riding on major roads at times. There are shoulders but it was scary at times being passed by pickup trucks and 18 wheelers but it was a fabulous trip overall.

Thank you for the good service. The mountain bike was perfect. Maybe in 3 years we will come back prince edward island and rent a mountain bike from you again and then for a few days.

We can't say enough about how great the team is at Outer Limit Sports. My wife and I were at Dalvay by the Sea setting out for our third bike ride of the week on our Giant eBikes and the rear derailleur on my bike got bent when my chain came off. We tried to fix it and managed to get back to our vehicle but it looked like our day was done. We called Outer Limit Sports and left a message. Within 30 minutes they called and half an hour later my bike was in their shop getting a new derailleur. A couple of hours later we were back at Dalvay by the Sea and resumed our ride. It was a great ride (video to follow on Midlife Explorer).

We rented bikes for a 6 day trip in PEI. Super affordable, great bikes and friendly staff make this an easy recommendation! Cycling PEI is an incredible experience—the folks at Outer Limits are also quick to give recommended routes!

Confederation trail great!

Outer Limits owner and staff ensured we had the right bikes for our 7 day PEI tour. Loved that they had Trek bikes and an online booking system. I got the Domane 5 with gravel tires and it was worth the upgrade for the Confederation trail!

Very expensive for Bike rentals. ($230/ 24 hrs rental).
I would suggest renting a bike from Brookvail in the future. Outerlimits was twice/ three times the price and there daily rental time frame makes no sense to me. I rented my bike for 24 hrs and was charged for 2 days bike rental: (The full suspension bike i rented was great and the service staff were helpful, however the owner or manager was a bit of a douch.

I rented a Trek Verve 1 Hybrid bike with Thule Chariot for a week. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pick up and drop off were smooth and easy!

We had a great 3 day cycling adventure organized by Outer Limit Sports. The prep for the trip was clear and allowed up to show up knowing what to expect. The app was excellent for our self guided trip. We even went off course exploring and it guided us back to the route. The accommodations were clean, friendly and charmingly local. Amazing food and having our luggage delivered to us as well as being picked up on the last day was such a treat. Thank you to the team. We will be back for a tip to tip experience.

Perfect bike rental service. They offer late drop off which went so smoothly. When in Charlottetown I'd highly recommend renting with Outer Limit Sports!

I wanted to rent a bike, but hadn’t made a reservation. There were still some bikes left to rent, and the whole process was very quick. Very good service and even the possibility to save some bike routes they made. The bike itself was clean, sturdy and well kept. Overall a really good experience!

Friendly & professional staff. Store is very close to town center, waterfront & Confederation trail. Rented 2 multi-speed bikes for 1 day only. Next time I would select bikes with suspension. Thank you!

I was in today in search of a bike suitable to my specific needs. This is the third bike I purchased form OLS and won’t be the last.
I’d buy a bike based on the customer service alone. The team were very knowledgeable and it did not fell like a sale at all. Instead it was just a few fellas all under the same roof talking about bikes. Really impressive products, service, and growth. Stop in, you’ll see what I mean.

They had what I needed in stock, it was really easy to find. Service was prompt, friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. They made sure I had everything I needed to use the equipment I bought. The price was not clearly marked, but I was able to get a price check before buying. This is always my first stop for bicycle-related shopping.

Brought my bike here while visiting PEI with an electric bike battery issue. The staff were super friendly and provided professional service. The bike was looked at right away. Awesome bike shop!

Dropped by the shop while on vacation with a brake recall issue sent out by Trek. The staff were very friendly and provide prompt and professional service. The bike was repaired same day and ready when promised. They also completed another requested task at a very reasonable price. Great bike shop.
