While traveling from the US to PEI, just as we crossed over the bridge, our MIL, engine and regeneration lights came on. Then the warning buzzer started. We immediately pulled over and found the engine belt dragging on the ground. I called a tow company and they told me to call Palmer’s and ask for Leon! Within two hours of our incident, Leon’s mechanic had us back on the road. They had to call around for the part and go get it. While sitting in a parking lot, they put the new belt on our 40 foot motorhome and had us back on the road in no time. The repair price was reasonable. Highly recommend Palmer’s to our motorhome co-travelers.

I cannot begin to tell you how awesome this place is! On vacation from Michigan in our 26’ motorhome, the exhaust needed work, and while we had to wait a couple of days for an appointment they were forever kind and understanding.

On June 18,2023 we arrived at the Palmer Automative & Truck Center garage Saturday morning without an appointment to have a DEF error code checked on our coach. Mr. Palmer and his staff took care of us immediately. A part had to be changed. On Monday morning, Mr. Palmer took care of obtaining the part, which arrived on Friday in the afternoon. As soon as the part arrived, installation was completed by 6: 00 pm on Friday. What's more, Mr Palmer, a very kind and courteous man, allowed us to stay on his property for 7 days, even providing us with free electricity. This garage includes a store with a vast selection of parts of all kinds. Prices are very reasonable. Thank you Mr. Palmer and your team for your hospitality and excellent service. I recommend this place for your repairs.

Was on vacation and the fuel pump on our 1994 Roadtrek RV stopped working. We were stranded and started calling local auto repair shops.   We could not get an appointment anywhere and the earliest availability it was 2 weeks out. Phoned Palmer Automotive and Truck Center and even though the were booked solid they went above and beyond to get me to fit us in.
