The hike path was soooo good.

Greenwich Dunes
Length: 4.8 km
Difficulty: Moderate
Features: Interpretive Panels, Lookout/Birdwatching

Travel across homestead fields, through a forest stand, and over Bowley Pond
on a floating boardwalk as you journey toward your first sight of the majestic
Greenwich dunes. Only part of this trail can be explored by bike. You can travel
as far as the junction with the Tlaqatik Trail and then continue on foot.

A sweet drive with many stops for some quick siteseeing, beaches to stay a while, or hikes for the adventurous folk.

Highly recommend!

We did the Greenwich Dunes trail and it was very cool to walk on the bridge and see the dunes!

There is a beach at the end of the trail.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever been. If you visit PEI I would highly recommend a visit here. Bring a baithing suit because there is a nice beach at the end of the trail. It about a 20min walk to the beach from the parking lot.

I stayed at the Cavendish campground OTentik and it was comfortable and nice because there was electricity and the internet was so good. The electric heater is very warm and good for a soft sleep. The beach is a 5-minute walk, and the supermarket and restaurants are 10 minutes away, so it's convenient.
There are also gas stations everywhere, which is convenient.
The beach here is famous, and the sunrise in the morning is spectacular.
It was nice that the weather was pleasant and there were few mosquitoes.
Ice is $2.75 and firewood is $9.50.

So beautiful. Parking was abundant and bathrooms were nice. Have some showers to wash your feet outside as well. Lots of mosquitos at sunset so bring bug spray if you go later.

PEI National Park has so much to offer. Great beaches, hiking, biking, and even a green gable. Be sure to check out the Greenwich dunes trail, Cavendish Beach, Brackley beach, and our favorite beach we visited, which was Dalvay beach. This area had several great lighthouses to see as well. This National Park is a must-see when visiting the island!

Nice trail along the shore with access points along the way. There are restaurants at the near the Covehead Lighthouse and restrooms at the Brackley Beach area.

Spacious camp sites, quiet. Sparkling clean washrooms. Very nice beach for swimming, windsurfing, kayaking.

Park has nice reddish beach that wasn’t too busy. Lighthouse in the park also had another beach with a lighter sand beach that was also nice to hang out at. Would recommend exploring the park. Can spend hours here if you want to relax and stay or less than hour if you want to sightsee and go

Amazing. Crowded at the entrance yet vast stretches of empty beach if willing to walk a few minutes.
