De plus, après avoir dénoncé un souci avec mes ongles Shellac, Rebecca m'a offert de les refaire sans frais. Très, très, bon service clientèle! J'y retournerai assurément

Best facial done by Chloe! She massages your shoulders and scalp in addition to the facial. Best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

The environment is very lovely and relaxing but the pedicures were very average. They didn't soak the feet very long or remove very much dry skin.the price is very high for what we came home with!

I went here with a wedding group. We all had appointments. I found them to be inflexible and very expensive. The bride was scheduled for a manicure and they refused to give her nail extensions. I was scheduled for a manicure and needed a pedicure and they refused me service or trade with one of the ladies who was getting a pedicure and needed a manicure (we suggested it and they refused). I guess because of their location they can be completely inflexible as their clientele are onetime guests. Pure Spa is conveniently located just a stones throw from the cruise ship dock. The only reason I gave them two stars is because my manicure was nicely done.
