Purolator

Constant excuses, "mechanical delays" and the updates on their online system are very delayed. Customer service basically just spews back whatever the online tracker says. No one seems to know anything and I'm pretty sure my package is going to be delayed much longer then it should be. If I could give them a zero I would.

Super bad delivery service. They e-mailed me saying delivery attemp failed last friday but no effort to try to contact the receiver since i’ve been here all day. The requested for redelivery and same thing happened today. No notice card was left or anything. Just bad service.

Kudos though to the customer care for good service.

An attempt to deliver was made for my package and I got no delivery notice on my door. Online said they didn’t know when my delivery would be and had no info. I finally got notified at 5: 30pm I could pick up my package at their site. They close at 5pm. Had I been left a slip I could have gone and gotten it when I got home from work. Now have to wait until after work Monday.

Every time a company sends me a parcel through Purolator there are issues with me receiving it. This last time I was repeatedly told it was being sent to Michael's for pick up, I would wait there for up to 20 minutes while staff were trying to find it and today I get a notification it is being sent back to the sender. Beyond frustrating!

Every time I have an order from this company it’s always delayed when it reaches my city. My package has been in Charlottetown since 4am it then updated at 8am saying my package was on the truck and on its way to being delivered to my address… I live in Charlottetown 2km away from where my package was and now it’s now 5pm and the office is closed if I would’ve known it was going to be delayed again I would’ve gone there myself to pick it up… my order is for my hospital bag as I’m being induced into labour tomorrow with my first child so I’m frustrated as this happens every time with this delivery company

Not easy to get a real person to help. Just endless circles of online chat and being on hold

We have this delightful young man JAMES who brings our deliveries to the frame shop at Michael's store in Charletown prince Edward Island. He is always pleasant and helpfull beyond his duties, an absolute pleasure to meet ever day. Thank you for having him.
