Nice room, maybe a bit outdated but fits the hotel overall.
Gym is small, pool okay, sauna a bit surprising to switch it on on your own - no thermometer, no sandglass.

Breakfast from a menu, no buffet.

We liked it.

Fair price with the Sunday to Thursday discount in September.

Golf was expensive and play was extremely slow, no marshal to keep play moving. Course was on good shape but like I said not worth the price and play was to slow to be enjoying and the bugs are bad

They were not prepared for the large influx of elderly guests. Ie no shuttle as promised.no safety bars in bathrooms

Pros: Perfect to relax and enjoy the beach if you are a not a golf person. Beds are comfortable, the fire at the beach.
Cons: Rooms are outdated, small fridge, no microwave, no outlets to charge phone, you have to move furniture to find one.

Honestly the staff and location save this place. The staff are mostly kids but they work hard. The location is stunning. I was there for my sisters wedding. We stayed for a few days. My sister and her husband booked the nicest suite for the wedding. They someone lost the reservation? The food for the wedding itself was okay. The restaurant and pub food is mediocre. The service in the pub was a let down. Only down spot in the service. There is nothing 5 star about this place but the natural location and beauty.

Loved this place, we were situated on the first floor facing the golf course which was splendid!

Although much of the hotel is older, the rooms were clean and comfortable. When we visited they were renovating rooms that were damaged from the hurricane.

The staff was great in shuttling us to and from the beach (which is gorgeous) and dinner.

The staff are amazing! They go the extra mile to give you a positive experience. I'm not a golfer, but I understand the course is great. The cottages are comfortable, although a little dated. Keeping things like ice machines all functional would be 6 during hot weather. The mosquitoes were challenging. Maybe it's just the way the weather is everywhere right now. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Was there only for the golf and did a quick 9 with the kids.
Rented 2 sets of clubs and golfed after 5 for the discount kids golf free.
Cost us around 300.00. The fairway greens are in really ruff shape and greens are slow. Alot of bad horse Flys or something that we are still recovering from made it a terrible experience. I really wished we were put on the back 9. The views were not great for the front 9. We paid for 18 regardless.
No washrooms just outhouse after 6. The staff in the proshop was not helpful.

The stay was great, the room is very spacious with a living room, comfortable king bed and nice views. The beach is right on the resort area which is great. Stayed here for a business trip but enjoyed the peaceful beach to relax.

A bit disappointed. June 11. We are the only ones here. Almost like the shining. Asked for a small improvement of room but not considered. Restaurant and hot tub both closed, option to go to clubhouse for dinner. Not quite the anniversary dinner you’d expect. Chicken wings or a clubhouse type menu. Great view but that’s about it. Go to Cabot. Pay the bill and call it a day.

Stunning venue if you'd like to do a beach wedding, as the rodd crowbush is connected to the lakeside beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The golf course grounds were so nice and the beach was stunning as ever! Highly recommend this wedding venue.
