Malheureusement, mon expérience au restaurant SAM'S n'a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes. La soupe de fruits de mer manquait de saveur avec l'absence de fruits de mer, et les pommes de terre étaient à la fois dures et mal cuites. De plus, le pain était froid, et le jus de pomme servi dans une bouteille en plastique sans verre. J'espère que ces aspects pourront être améliorés pour offrir une meilleure expérience culinaire aux clients

We were a group of 30, they serve us very fast with great meal and over this, great smile! Every employee were very nice with us! Thank you very much! I highly recommend this place!

Kitchen staff exhibited poor hygiene practices by handling food with bare hands, offering a filter container, and later using bare hands to take up my new order, even reheating the same fries from the plate. This was disappointing, but I did receive a prompt refund. Let's raise awareness about the importance of hygiene in food handling.

Wow! Such a great, Home style restaurant. It was our first time trying this place. What a great little restaurant. We will definately be back. Had 2 piece fish and chips. Food was excellent, great portions. Food was hot, fresh definately repeat. Our server was very friendly. Such a great experience.

Ordered 2 three piece chicken dinners with a side gravy tonight. Tasted good, but didn’t get even one breast piece between us! A thigh, chicken wing and a drumstick! I could see if it was on special maybe, but it was not. When you pay that kind of money there should be at least one breast piece per meal with a thigh piece and a wing or drumstick. Also, the gravy was pretty much flavourless. Would really hate to see this place go downhill as it is a favourite, but if this is what the experience is like in the future I guarantee I’ll find somewhere else to spend my money!

We had the fried chicken and it was awesome. The waitress Alecs (hope I spelt it right) was fantastic, friendly and attentive to our needs.

Overrated! The food is sooo average.there are far better places.shirley’s snack bar near brackley beach has better food than this well established restaurant.

Love, love, love, Sam's! Our go to family spot for a wonderful sit down meal! Consistent friendly service and delicious food that always leave me full! Specials are always nice to see on the way in and this spot is always clean!

Great take out pizza special and the pizza is delicious and much better then the regular chain pizza options in town.

Charlottetown location is pathetic.
Slow service. Slow refills. Meal size is adequate.

I went to the washroom near the end of my meal - not everything was eaten. When I came out, the table was cleared. Everything was gone, including the papers I has been working on. All in the garbage.

Discount? Nope. Pay up and go.
How utterly pathetic!

Did not get what I ordered! They seem to mess up every second order even though I order the same each time! Salad looks old and chicken is dry breast meat! Will no longer order from them again. So upsetting!

Super service, endroit sans prétention. Excellent rapport qualité-prix (souper, je n'ai pas essayé le déjeuner). Portions gargantuesques. Fish n chips, pizza, chaudrée de fruits de mer, Sam's deluxe cheeseburger. C'est notre 2e visite, et il y en aura d'autres. Preuve que ça vaut le détour, les clients sont à plus de 80% des locaux.

Ordered two stir fry meals. Soggy and on top of a lot of rice. Disappointed. Onion rings okay

Food was good. Service and wait time horrible. 3 tables came after us and 2 served before. When we got our bill it was clearly wrong and we showed the waitress who stood there and argued. I paid it as I was humiliated with the line up behind me. Almost 2 hours for supper and big disappointment given ratings we will not be returning. Maid Marions is where it's at.

You can tell from the efficiency of the staff that they have been in business for a long time. The food came quickly and the staff remembered our order. The food was great and the menu is pretty good. Lots of natural light on a sunny day, and they do a really good job keeping the place clean. Really nice experience.

Great food great friendly staff amazing prices we go often as we can afford to eat out. Try there Pizza and Garlic Fingers Mmm mm good!

Haven't ate here in years and was happy to see that the menu was as consistent as ever! A+

I've been going to Sam's for 37 years and up till today I never had a bad meal. Today however the hot hamburger was horrible

You know your experience was excellent when you're still thinking about it the next day and considering going back for the same meal! I had the double cheese burger platter last night. It was simply excellent and with fresh ingredients. The service was great too. Kept the coffee coming and very friendly staff!

Food was amazing, the hot hamburger will always be the best in world to me. It is difficult to eat inside though. But that is more of a personal thing not a fan of the vintage style. But I think that is more of aesthetic then laziness. If you like home style cooking with the aesthetic of an 1990’s restaurant family owned restaurant this is the place.

Sams is always a go t spotforme and my family in charlottetown but cornwall Sam's.stay away! (another story) but charlottetown is great! Friendly, inexpensive, and quite effecient during covid

The person who asked me and my family for our vax-passes clearly hated being there and dealing with people. When I ordered a cheeseburger platter and asked the burger to have the works, all that was on the cheeseburger was ketchup, mustard, a couple of diced onions and relish. No lettuce no tomatoes no pickles nothing. I thought it might have been a simple mistake but 2 other people at my table ordered exactly what i ordered and got the same "Cheeseburger with the works". This is the second miserable time i've been there and will no be back.

Friendly service and great food! Had an order of onion rings for only 5-6 bucks, I even got a nice big portion out of it!

We love both Sam's locations. The only thing is they really need to put some money into renovating their washrooms; both locations are in need of an overhaul.

Had the 3 peice chicken dinner. AWESOME. Lots of flavor and the wife had the seafood chowder. It was DELICIOUS. Great job Sam's Crew.

Great breakfast is served here - had eggs, sausages, home fries, toast and coffee and it was great!

Great food and reasonable prices. The menu is robust with options for many different taste buds.

The food was good, but it was quite noisy. I guess everyone was glad to be able to dine out together. Service was friendly.

Excellent service and servers. Unlike a lot of places they actually do come back to ask if it is OK and within 5 minutes. Open to about 90% of full. Breakfast served till 11 weekdays and until 1 p.m. On weekends. If you are into burgers, get an order of their crispy onion rings.

Just wanted some fries. It was busy at supper but not a long wait. Good bunch of fries. Ate them two nights!

The place is good for dinning, we ordered poutine and pizza it was very tasty, the customer service was good, orange pekoe tea was too good.
Overall we really liked this place

Sat for 20-30 mins and no staff came to our table, other tables were being attended to who arrived after us, so just walked out.

Great cheeseburgers. Not to mention, they have one if the best desserts in town. Cookies and cream cake.

Had there Burger love it's was strange but really good. Never had blueberry jam on a burger before.

Great service! Super friendly staff and the food was tasty. Parking is great way access off the road. My only complaint would be that the restaurant could use a little aesthetic upgrading but other than that food wise the portions and flavors are great. Breakfast is a very busy time of day for them so either get there early or go for lunch.

I waited 30 minutes for my food to be ready, a much of people came in after me and got their food before me, I'm unsure if they had a phone order in or not but still, 30 minutes is beyond acceptable. The price for the portion and quality was not worth it. I got the Thursday special and it only came with a small pop. The difference of a small pop to a large makes a huge difference for a consumer, as for the restaurant, it doesn't even cost them a penny in the difference. The cashiers were unprofessional. One was on her phone, another was eating food behind the counter and another was slouching with her hands in her pockets. There is definitely a lack of leadership or everyone just does not seem to care about their jobs. From my experience there wasn't one thing positive about my visit today and I will not be giving this location another chance.

Great place.but not a lot of vegan options. I'm stuck with 1 option to eat.so it becomes repetitive. Staff are warm and welcoming though

Myself and 2 friends went for lunch at Sam's on Nov. 22. My friend found a long dark hair in her chicken stirfry! I sure hope the kitchen staff wear hairnets so this doesn't happen again! Sure ruins a nice meal out!

Waited in a lineup which is fine. Busy place which is also fine. It just needs to be more organized with groups. There were two large groups ahead of us (we were 3 people). If your accommodating large groups of people by putting all your small tables together you should really have other tables just fof smaller groups. We decided not to wait the extra time and went elsewhere. I've been to Sam's before and the food I'd great and the service is great too. Just need to be ready and more organized.

Sam's is a great place you can choose to eat in the dinning room and have the waitress take care of all your needs or go to the other side and do the order at the counter self serve. Either way foods good reasonable prices and big portions.
