Cheaper than most places, but the staff can be pretty frustrating to work with. The young lady with short black hair very rudely told me that I annoyed another cashier by not moving ahead to the register, even though nobody was calling anyone up. Another fella there that wears the red face mask, brings up world issues/politics in a weird way too every time I go there. So basically the staff is the only issue ‍️

Staffs are extremely friendly. "Price can't be beat"! I even moved to the neighbourhood

This place is a must go if you want to have your groceries if you're looking for Sales of Meats with good quality this is one of the best places

Best prices for produce in Stratford. Not as much variety as walmart though and the store can feel a bit cramped when busy.

Really great store, I go there faithfully every 2 weeks, prices are going up a bit but overall, cheaper than where I live, will continue to shop there

Dark with poor lighting, limited selections, small and crowded aisles, long cashier line up, rotting stinky produce, over age meat that spoils the next day in your fridge. Garbage.

I was at No frills today very busy the lineup for the checkouts was way around the meat department. But the line moved along very quickly and I got to talk to the people in front and in back of me. Great prices! Great service. Should go there more often!

I cannot believe it！The big yogurt's price is only $1.88 this week! It cost me at least $3 in Walmart, and $3.8 in sobeys. But I think the price is only for this week.

The last place on earth you can get decently priced groceries. This isn't the best quality cuts this is a place of the people. Enjoy a slower paced shopping experience with a local staff with great customer service.

Some items are hit or miss, or not always available however there is always an alternative.

I am very disappointed about shopping at this no-frills location I have never seen a dirtier here parking lot at a grocery store ever and I’m in my 60s very very shocked at how dirty it was clearly not just recent that’s a shame because there are good deals inside

Did not appreciate a big yawn while doing business. Not sure if disrespectful or just lack of manners.

I have been shopping here for over 10 years. The selection is limited to a point but the prices are definitely better than Sobeys. I find the staff to be great and I have never had a complaint with the service I receive.

Good service shelves have been empty, prices going up but still less than other grocery stores.

Prices are really good, I find they have lots of product, only downfall it seems cashiers don't like their job, not overly friendly, other then that a great experience

Great spot, how ever I find you have to look through the veggies and or fruit. Almost ever time I've been there they have rotting stuff on the shelf.

Great prices and seem to have most of the essentials.

However, they do not follow covid measures. They no longer have arrows despite having narrow aisles. Furthermore they never have hand sanitizer or lysol wipes at the entrance to disinfect carts.

I don't know why I bother trying to go here. Nothing in the flyer is ever in stock. It's so small. Their meat section is like 8 feet long. Charlottetown could use a real normal sized NoFrills!

Different prices on tags and in your receipt. They don't want to acknowledge their mistakes.and their wrong price policy doesn't work.

As often it is, there is no sale items in stock

It is a great grocery store you can find mostly all the fresh vegetables and fruits and at very great price.

Great place to grocery shop but important to go on first couple of days or it will be sold out and no rain checks.

It's supposed to be cheaper than big box stores but I don't agree with that but it is a nice small sore so in and out easier

Love the prices hate the lineup no matter what time. The girls work together and get us out of there.

Always great deals to be had here. It is worth the drive there from my home on the Cornwall side to buy there.

1- Cashier was rude.
2- The owner Shawn, was not willing to put up a small flyer to promote a neighbourhood ditch clean up. Not the kind of place I want to spend my money. Sobeys just down the road was more than happy to promote / support the clean up.

No frills might be cheaper but the owner and staff have lost the plot.

Drive there to shop and they don't have the sale items. Ask the cashier about them and she says she doesn't know. Maybe tomorrow or Wednesday. Call Tuesday and first call they hang up on me and second call they don't have the items and say to try Wednesday. Sale is over on Wednesday so that kind of sucks!

Best prices for fruits and vegetables. Some of the packaged food can be more or less expensive than sobeys depending.

But you can't beat the produce prices at no frills, especially bell peppers and bok choy.

I bought a dozen roses the Friday before Valentine's Day, for a very reasonable price. They lasted for 13 days. Longer than any roses I've gotten from a florist. Very impressed

Love going to this store! Everytime I find its the same experiance. Employess are supper helpful and when you can't find something on your list an employee will find it for you. At the checkout you bag your own groceries and the checkout person is always great with waiting.

Why three stars is because I find for such a small store, theres so many people bumping into on another or trying to get around one another. I always feel rushed getting what I need going in.

Fresh produce. Shelves well stocked and tidy. The cashiers cannot see how long the lineups are, so the backup cashiers are not called in as timely as they could be.

Got there before opened on first day of sale.to get tv that was on sale.was 5th in line. A lady came out and handed out numbers so we could wait in our cars.safer for everyone.then when they opened we went in cashiers were fast and friendly.and they even had helpers to take tv to car.great work Shaun's No Frills! Cheap prices, but not the best quality meat. Sometimes expires before the expiry date. Dont count on getting any money back either if this happens!

Good, hard-working and friendly staff always, but especially throughout the covid-19 period. While I get the No Frills decision to only offer online flyer service recently, I take exception to the flyer not being online at the same time that we get our flyers at the door, as early as Tuesdays. Surely, we could plan our weekly spending with all of the flyers available to us.

Great store great prices, just to bad it wasn't bigger, and some sale items are never available when I go grocery shopping.that's the only down fall: (living a hour away makes getting the great sales almost impossible

Good place low prices usually has everything I'm personally looking for but it is small and doesn't carry as big as a selection as the bigger stores. Great i find if you just need a few odd things.

Great prices and indoor traffic is well directed. About the best I've seen with Covid restrictions.

Pandemic changes are a great improvement for flow. I hope they stay in place. Staff are great too.

Well manage under the circumstances of Covid 19 restrictions. Everyone very friendly and cutious.

During Covid the ace was CLEARLY marked, customers were corralled down the aisles and out the door. The way it should be. Selection is less than other stores but they have everything, night steaks here a few times, have always been happy with the cuts.

Well managed store with basic grocery needs. But still lack of some stuffs in groceries. Veggies are fresh and good looking.

Probably the best grocery store on the island. Between this and bulk Barn that's everything you need. Wish they had sun chips with the new flavours, and real Mexican food like Maseca and Tajin, but their selection can't be beat. Great baked good shipped in,

Wonderful experience, staff are wonderful. Two young men named Shaurya and Owen really helped me find what I was looking for, and were nice the whole way.

Very economy place to buy things to home which includes vegetables, farm products, frozen meats, ice creams etc.very affordable place in Stratford.

Shop at No Frills all the time because of their good deals and a very friendly place and I am just across the street from it. Love it
