Excellent service, with a fair price, for the tricky spot I had put my Nissan Frontier into. Really enjoyed working with Randy and the lads to get back onto the road.

Great Service, I’ve had these fellas unlock my work van doors a few times over the years, top notch at that work.

Today, I stopped in to their shop first thing in the morning to book a truck for the afternoon, super smooth transaction with Steven the dispatcher, Jeff the driver sent a text saying he was leaving to my address, he arrived when he said he would, and unloaded his cargo in a very efficient and professional manner. The bill was what I expected it to be, fair and reasonable. Highly recommend Shaws

Terrific service. Jeff was an excellent driver and the price was very competitive. Unlike other towing companies on the island, they were genuinely helpful, didn’t leave us stranded on the side of the road and weren’t rude.

Great service, on time, with up to date equipment. Relocated a shed I had purchased, 15 Km distance and completed within 1 hour.

Completely blew a tire and had no jack so.tow truck time! Although it took close to an hour for them to arrive where I broke down (in Charlottetown), they had my tire swapped in about 5 minutes. Friendly, professional service, as usual.

I've used Shaw's Tow previously to get into a locked (and running!) car, dead battery boosts (attention drive-in movie goers!) and to get extracted from ditches thanks to icy roads. Never a problem although when the weather is bad, they're obviously very busy!

We had to get a hot tub from Cdn Tire out to our rural place. The flatbed truck was the ideal machine - both for pickup and (precision!) drop off. Jeff was our driver and he was a gentleman and a skilled (military-trained) driver. The move couldn’t have gone better!

They quoted me a price over the phone. They showed up on time.
The driver was friendly and helpful.
The price they quoted was exactly what they charged me.

My recently dealership serviced car obviously won’t go straight, right after being towed by them. A technician looked at the car for five seconds and told me “ it looks good”. I said I wanted to speak to the manager and the technician said he is the manger and the owner.
The guy who answers phone calls said my car drives to the left because I hit a pothole. Way to go, shaws towing.

Knowledgeable tow driver was able to identify an issue with my neutral safety switch saving me a tow. Very friendly

Quick, capable, and reliable. You do pay a pretty penny for them, but zip couldn't ask for better service in the greater Charlottetown area.

Fair warning to all potential customers, be ready to pay an arm and a leg for a tow as close as 5-10km. $250 to be pulled from a ditch! Seems a little steep even in todays times. Would have gone elsewhere if provided a choice, I suggest you do the same.

Great help in a pinch. Really know how to make you NOT feel like an idiot when your car breaks down. They’re even nice when you get your car towed by the city!

Great service I call on them all the time. I recently went into the ditch in the last but of snow/blowing snow we had, it was 5: 30am and toke 18 to 20 minutes to get to me. Got me out I 5 to 10 minutes and I was on my way home.

I got a playhouse and tractor attachment moved. It wasn't the easiest tow conditions, but Jeff maintained a good attitude and I'd call them again.

Jeff came out to give my car a boost. Took less than 10 minutes for him to show up and he was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely use Shaw’s again in the future!

Someone steals your vechicle and your the one they charge for the honesty that should go to the government, and we just keep raising the victim surcharge to the point it would bankrupt somebody

Awesome service. They were very patient with me even though I did not know where the hell I was. They arrived very fast. They displayed exceptional service.

We're brand new to PEI and Canada, so we were definitely feeling stuck when our SUV became stuck in the mud.
They were sent out after we called AAA. We were told by AAA the tow service could refuse, so we were hoping that wouldn't be the case.
To our surprise, the guy arrived and quickly backed up to our car down the muddy road. He quickly pulled us out of the mud, and waited to see if we could back out the rest of the way.
The guy was super kind and efficient, and didn't make us feel foolish.
Would recommend them for sure.

What a racket. Charged me $130 for a base towing and cited “peak hours”. I don’t know what’s worse about this business, the greasy owner, the wage donkies they have working in there, or the evident lack of knowledge about anything pertaining to their job. I seriously wonder if half the building is capable of reading a children’s book, including the moron owner.

These people are the best. Stuck front wheels buried in a frozen water hole and beyond what you would think could be moved. They didn’t give up in bone chilling temperatures and freed us up without any damage. Others would have given up but Russell (and I believe Mark) wouldn’t give up until the car was clear and we were on our way home. Thanks just doesn’t seem to be enough and we wouldn’t go anywhere else for our towing.

Great service! I called roadside assistance through my TD credit card services this morning and Shaw's towing came in to replace my flat tire very promptly. Very friendly service and I would definitely recommend them!

We broke down on the side of the highway late at night and called Shaw's. The operator was friendly and prompt, and the response time was super fast! Dean was great to work with, took us to the dealership, and even drove us home afterwards to spare us the cab. Very painless operation!
Highly recommended.
