This is a pharmacy. You would think you could get a home COVID test. You would think they would stock them well. No. Also she was rude about it.

I recently had an experience at Shopper’s Drug Mart, and it left me with mixed feelings.
Customer Service:
Comments: I would rate the customer service three stars. Initially, when I missed some PC Optimum points, the store manager suggested that I could either have the points added back or do an online inquiry. I trusted their suggestion to use the online system. Unfortunately, the online service didn’t work well. When I returned to the store seeking assistance, I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. This inconsistency was disappointing.
Price:
Comments: The products at Shopper’s Drug Mart are on the expensive side, except when there are special discounts, but even with the discounts, they can still be pricey.

The University Avenue West Royal Charlottetown Prince Edward Island Shoppers Drug Mart is a great and fantastic place to see a Pharmacist for advice and they sell some groceries there and the staff is friendly and helpful too

Pharmacy, postal counter, a good cosmetic section, and all you'd expect at a Shoppers, always with friendly employees. Oh and a washroom open to customers!

This shoppers pharmacy has significantly improved my feelings about shoppers. I have just moved from the west coast and received the absolute best service using their pharmacy. I had to go twice to transfer prescriptions and both times the experience was seamless. Very quick wait times. Incredible friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would absolutely recommend!

Plain & simple - The front store is short-staffed. It is difficult to find staff for assistance or anyone at the cash.
The store could use a good clean, however, it is a busy store.
I always recieve outstanding customer service by Brandon (my fave) and the rest of the cosmetic staff.
Only other downside: The cosmetic testers seem old (smell bad, melted, separated, discoloured or unavailable).
