I had my pc serviced here and will definitely return for any future computer service needs. We had a miscommunication and the staff stepped up big time even though they weren't at fault. I feel confident that these people have integrity and value their customers; they are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I took my iPhone 11 in with a shattered screen to be fixed. An older gentleman told me he could replace the screen but it would void my warranty. Then a young short haired woman came over and took over, saying that she’d handle the repair and it wouldn’t void my warranty if “they never know”. Flash forward I come to pick up my phone two days later and they say it’s not ready yet. So I was told to call them and left it for another 2 days. They would not answer the phone when I called so two days in a row so I had to go in. They told me they were having trouble getting the screen on and had to order a new one and I paid them $100+ and left. Took my phone home and naturally after it died I put it on the charger. When it turned back on it had discolouring one the screen and you could not use the touch feature at all meaning I could not get back into the phone. It would get stuck like this for days and then one day miraculously work again. I never ever had issues with touch or discolouration and it was practically a brand new iPhone I was still financing and had to pay for. They would not do anything or offer me a refund for my lost money. My phone came back worse than when I brought it and I wish I would have stuck with my hair line crack in the screen instead. Terrible, dishonest business and I will never ever take anything g to be repaired there again! I have warned anyone and everyone I know about my experience and I hope you will think twice about letting sites and bytes handle your very expensive electronics so carelessly
