Went for a swim suit, they had a small selection but none that suited.

My daughter had just purchased a set of Marsblades online direct from the manufacturer and we went into the store to have them baked as per the manufacturer instructions. The associate at the services counter apparently has never seen or heard of Marsblades and was completely unaware of how to bake them (exact same as regular skates BTW). He got the services manager involved and the manager immediately upon hearing that these were not purchased in the store had the perfect excuse to decline baking them as they only bake skates purchased in store? ! REALLY Sportchek? We are from Ontario and never heard such an insane policy and we’ve had many skates baked that we’re not purchased instore. Do you mean to tell me you won’t sharpen skates that are not purchased in store as well? ’ That’s a hell of an awesome customer service policy you have there. We ended up baking them at home in the end and know from now on to not bring any skates of any kind to your store for any maintenance.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Multiple staff showed me a lot of patients as I stumbled through finding the right pair of shoes.
