One suggestion for them is to have a pool of "short-term lease cars" so that we can lease while waiting for our cars' arrival or servicing time.

I recently purchased my car from Subaru of Charlottetown, and Fahad, the salesman, was excellent, such a great guy. He was always ready to answer any question I had so pleasantly. He helped me with picking the car, test driving, and answering questions about the vehicle. He went above and beyond every time. It made my experience seamless. I appreciate all they did fixing and getting me an amazing car.

My spouse and I just bought our first car at Subaru of Charlottetown and it definitely wont be our last from there! Sales associate Andrew and finance manager Kieran were amazing at answering all of our million questions and helping us make our decision. They were incredibly professional and knowledgeable about all of the different products they offer. Peter the salesman was a great help! We were looking to upgrade our vehicle for our business and trade in our lease. Peter was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful with the whole situation. Sales process was pretty quick and easy, and the service was good and fair.
However there was a lot of delays, a week for rims to come in, took a weekend from arrival of the rings for them to be installed, 4 weeks after I agreed to purchase I still have no registration and no access to mysubaru app, which is no access to the automatic start feature. Alex numerous times for help to get this resolved, with no resolution

Terrible service. After doing some research, went to test drive a Subaru today. Upon entry, no one greeted me. After waiting at the door for some time, a sales associate came out of an office where they were talking to another colleague. When advised that I would like to try out a certain model of car, they then went to another colleague to ask if they could help (presumably the colleague said no), then went back into the same office that they had been speaking to the previous colleague and came out and told me to take a seat as they had to speak with someone else who was returning from a test drive. The other colleague remained in the office while the other (who presumably did not want to assist) wondered around the dealership. Given this was the initial experience at the dealership, we left.

Great dealer for both sales and service of a brand (Subaru = AWD) that is tops in most categories including resale.

We had a wonderful car buying experience with Andrew Karpov. He facilitated a purchase from another province so we could drive straight to our isolation site. Walked out of the airport and there was our new car, cleaned with a full tank of gas. Excellent customer service!

Everything from start to finish was better than I could have asked for. Andrew helped me find what I was looking for. He was highly knowledgeable, friendly and professional, as I can tell with the rest of the staff as well. Les was also nice and laid-back, and efficient with finalizing the sale. The vehicles, of course, are awesome. I have had the car (Crosstrek Touring) for about two months and I still get excited whenever I'm about to drive it. Such a smooth and satisfying drive, with many features I am still learning about. You can't beat the Subaru.

Purchased my second vehicle from Charlottetown Subaru and this time I had to do it remotely due to travel restrictions. Janson & Les took care of absolutely everything making the experience completely stress free. My vehicle arrived on a truck without a single issue! Even the truck driver was awesome!

Justin McDougall did not just sell me my Subaru Forester. He worked with me throughout the process so that I understood how the car fit my needs and my budget, and the ways in which the dealership could help me to get the car on the road in a timely and efficient manner. He texted me very promptly many times, and went out his way to help me when an unexpected incident occurred with my trade-in. He explained my new car’s features thoroughly, but didn’t overwhelm me with details that will be of interest to other drivers, but not to me. He talked to “me”, took the trouble to get to know “me”, and didn’t just repeat words from a script. I am so happy with my car, and with the whole experience. Charlottetown Subaru is fortunate to have Justin McDougall. He didn’t just sell me a car; he made me a proud member of the Subaru Family, for life!
