Special thank you to Warren Ellis. While travelling through the area, we had a rear caliper seize on our 1994 Dodge Ram 3500. We knew we had to get our vehicle fixed that day or we would be meeting up with Hurricane Lee. Thankfully they had the parts in stock and Mr. Ellis got our vehicle in the shop despite the guys saying they didn't have time to help us. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making the time to help us get back on the road. Thank you, Mr. Ellis for providing customer service at its best.

I have purchased my last two vehicles from this location and I don’t plan on going anywhere else in the future. The quality of service when getting checkups, repairs or detailing is unlike any other dealership I’ve had to deal with.

The sales associates genuinely seem to be trying to get you the best deal and unlike other dealerships you don’t leave the lot with a bad taste in your mouth ever.

Have recommended this place to multiple people who have gone on to buy from them and I don’t plan to stop. I’ll add that even when vehicles were hardest to find through chip shortages or strikes they always were able to find the vehicle I or my friends wanted in record time compared to others.

Plus the ice cream and constant events like BBQs they host on the lot always make you want to come by to see what they have. I look forward to their new building as once that’s built it’ll be hard to get me to stay away haha!

I had the most amazing experience this week with James madsen.
I told him what I wanted in a car /suv and I traveled from Charlottetown to summerside just to deal with James personally.

Buy the time I got up there he had a couple of great vehicles waiting for me to test drive.

I walked in and was greeted with a smile and was told he would take great care of me.

I ended up leaving the same day with a brand new 2023 dodge durango right off the lot.

My husband and I will only deal with James when it comes to buying any of our vehicles in the future!

One of the best dealership all over PEI, I recommend 100% to go there, i was here for engine oil change for jeep wrangler, and its very afordable and awsome service. Highly recommended.

Not one but two terrible experiences, both with the same person. Caution: do not EVER book enterprise through here. And even better, don't do business at this dealership, they have very rude staff. First experience was, I booked a car rental and showed up when they opened, I had a long road trip ahead. They took 45 mins before they would talk to me, the woman opening was rude about it too like I was a huge inconvenience for her. Finally got the car after an hour.
Second bad experience, we book a car online through enterprise. We show up, they don't have the car we booked. They just didn't have it. It was the same rude lady I dealt with before, and she was even more rude this time around. No apologies, she couldn't care less. She offered a truck instead. We said no, we booked a car for a reason, we don't want a truck. She said well that's all we have. Absolutely terrible service. We had to go to car star instead, they got us a car for a great price.

Bought my jeep from here 3 years ago when I got it the soft top was all broke up called several times buddy said he had the parts ordered never did hear back very poor service
