Our little family is from France, and we had trouble finding a company willing to sell us a car when we arrived. We went to Toyota Summerside and met Helena.

Throughout the whole process, she put us at ease, listened to us and suggested the best solution for our situation. Without promising anything, she just assured us that she would do her best to help us.
Always gentle and smiling, she inspired confidence in us, and we were lucky to get to know her because she was finally able to work with Charles to find a solution suited to our needs. She always gives good advice.

As a result, we've come back to Helena twice for other vehicle acquisition situations. Made some enquires about purchasing a vehicle today at Summerside Toyota that was no available in my home Province. I was told by a salesperson, vehicles are only being sold to residents of PEI. Wow, guess they don't want to sell vehicles and earn money. Thankfully, NS, NL or NB does NOT have this discriminatory policy!

If you intend on buying from this dealership (In which I was ready to purchase), definitely get ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING in writing. After waiting almost three months for a vehicle to arrive only to have the negotiation fall through over a 1k discrepancy is a pretty big disappointment.
