Went to the store twenty minutes before closing the employee got aggressive. Was literally throwing us out but we still bought the stuff we picked up then was banging the card machine towards us when we were going to pay. Looked at us like we were stupid for wanting the bill. Didn't give us the bill too

I like the style of the clothes that they have. Really like the material. Their service is good as well.

They have a no refund policy. The clerk did not inform me before I purchased the garment, nor were there any signs. I will not be back.

Very Very Poor Customer Service. Managers are so rude. They do not know how to deal with the customers. They use a abuse language and it happened 2 times with me. They don't care about their customers. Congratulations! Suzy for loosing your customer. Will never ever shop again here.

Worst customer service ever. Staff is so ignorant, presence of the customer does not really matter anything for them. Every staff member have a different story to tell about policy. They are are note sure themselves about their policies. No appreciation for the customers to shop there. Worst worst worst worst worst customer service I would say. Did not want to write the first time they treated bad but this is like 3rd time. I am done with you guys now.

Lots of great deals. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great upsales to Girls. Store tidy and clean. Always a great place to shop

I love shopping at this Suzy Shier location becuase of the amazing and helpful staff who always take the time and genuine interest to assist you while shopping and share their knowledge and expertise in fashion with you. Their friendly, welcoming ways make me feel like I'm not just an appreciated customer but a part of the Suzy Sheir family.
