Got my knives sharpened here! Not only was the service quick, but they did an excellent job! The staff seemed extremely knowledgeable on top of that! Will be back for all my sharpening needs: ,) Thank you so much!

Had an absolutely great experience here, or rather my girlfriend did. We went in and saw their huge selection of high end knives and, my girlfriend being a very particular person about her knives, enjoyed a great conversation with the guy running the shop.
The guy (I assume the owner) was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful and was more than happy to assist, show or allow you to handle any of their various selection. They had a nice little demo station to test on some potatoes.
My girlfriend ended up buying a knife and they were able to ship it back to Ontario on account of our travel plans, and even offered to delay shipping until we got back if needed.
There were other cooking accessories here as well, and it seems they do tons of knife sharpening.
Overall at the very least I'd suggest a visit for the experience of the place alone. Seemed like it was run by great folks.

I recently received my Yoshikane gyuto from Cooks Edge, including a new handle and have nothing but praise to offer for the product itself, truly amazing and everything I was looking for in a new knife.
Hard as it is to believe, the service provided from the Cook’s Edge team (specifically, Marcel), was just as amazing with them responding to all queries quickly and professionally, despite my bothering them several times over small details. On top of this, the shipping speed once all was ready was very fast, so for those not in Canada, do not let their location discourage on any level.
Highly recommended for any in the market for a high quality kitchen tool, these guys are great and I will look here before I look at any other similar businesses in the future.

Great experience. I live out of town and i am not able to make a sharpening class but adam took 2 minutes to show me the basics.
