The Lookout Inn

This B&B is a perfect combination of all advantages from a hotel but the comfortability of a home with the most welcoming hosts. I loved the breakfast in bed option (even though we didn't use it) and have seen a lot less professional hotels than what they are doing here. They were extremely nice by letting us use their washing machine and all kinds of coffee/hot chocolate were available all day. Also if you don't know what to do here, just ask! Loved it here, and will definitely come back if we are back in the area!

Wow! We just spent three nights at the Lookout Inn. It was amazing! Nichole and James warmly greet you and welcome you to their island! They also are willing to help you plan your day and have great recommendations for dinner. Our room which included a private bathroom was spacious and extremely clean. It had a nice mini fridge as well and every night we returned to our room to find it tidied and a new bottle of water in the refrigerator. Breakfast was amazing! The views great and location was central to the island. Thanks for making our stay on PEI a wonderful experience!

We stayed at the lookout inn and we loved it! We are a family of 5 (two adults and three small kids). It was our first time staying at bed and breakfast and it was so much better than hotel! The atmosphere of their house is so homey, welcoming, and friendly. Our kids made friends with their kids! Would definitely come back again. Nicole and their family are very kind, welcoming, organized and clean. Our rooms were immaculate with all the necessities (soaps, fridge, coffee, etc.). They make home made breakfast (you choose the night before what you wish to eat in the morning). The location is also perfect-close to Ann of Green Gables, close to the beautiful beaches. Absolutely recommend this place!

The hosts are extremely upbbeat, warm, and friendly people. Breakfasts were amazing. The day before a menu is presented and the guests have their choice. Breakfast time was just off the kitchen adding a very warm atmosphere. Conversations were always very upbeat. The rooms were extremely clean and well appointed. We definitely highly recommend this place. I know we plan to return

My husband and I stayed at the lookout inn for 4 nights and it was awesome. Room was huge and comfortably furnished. Super clean when we got there and tidied everyday, which was unexpected but appreciated because beach sand gets everywhere. Bottles of water were provided every day as well which was an appreciated extra touch. Breakfast was included and excellent. We tried everything on the breakfast menu and it was all great. Nicole and James were great hosts and lovely to talk with over breakfast. We used the location as a home base for travelling around the island and we never felt like we were too far from anything. All around incredible stay and if we ever end up back in PEI we will be back and likely not move hotels, it was that good.

To be honest, I didn't stay at the Inn, but I visited, and my friends had raving reviews. I the honeymoon suite bed was very very comfortable.

Our children surprised my wife and I with a night at the look out inn for our 35th wedding anniversary. There was a beautiful flower arrangement and a bottle of Champaign to greet us It was a beautiful spacious room very nicely decorated including a fridge, coffee maker etc.everything you would get at big hotels. We orders breakfast and besides being delicious the presentation was exceptional. Our daughter dealt with Nicole who accommodated all of her requests. A hidden gem on this beautiful island. Well done Nicole and James.

The Lookout Inn is a beautiful bed and breakfast feel but with professional hotel amenities. We stayed for 2 nights, the room was perfect for relaxing and close to many attractions. The breakfasts were amazing!
We will definitely come back again and recommend to others. Nicole and James are wonderful hosts and their youngest daughter was a delight to talk to at checkin and breakfast.
They have made the perfect getaway with local recommendations to help make your vacation easy and enjoyable.

We stayed for two nights and were impressed by both the accommodations and the hosts, who are attentive, good humored and clearly hard-working. The included breakfast alone is worth the price of admission. Highly recommend.

We spent four nights at the Lookout Inn and could not be happier with our experience! Nicole and James are incredible hosts. The room was comfortable and we honestly still can not get over how good the breakfast was each morning. If the Lookout Inn was a restaurant by where we live, we would be going there all the time. Located a short drive to many attractions and beaches. The innkeepers Nicole and James are lovely. The Turret Room was spacious and we enjoyed having breakfast in our room overlooking the river.

Very nice place to stay. Our hosts Nichole and James were the best. They were very nice and friendly. Their breakfast was phenomenal. When in PEI, I would highly recommend staying here. They treat you like family. It really is like a home away from home.

We stayed at the Lookout Inn for 4 nights (Green Room). It was outstanding! The room was big and comfortable with a private entrance. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts were also excellent. But what really made our visit so memorable was meeting and getting to know The Lookout Inn's owners, Nicole and James. They are what make PEI and the B&B experience so special. Thanks to them for a wonderful visit.
