The Loyalist Country Inn

We had the fall into luxury package for our honeymoon and boy this was amazing. This Included wine, chocolate covered strawberries, the room, hot breakfast buffet for 2, lobster Thermador and beef wellington for supper and a 50 dollar gift card to their restaurants. The staff was amazing, the rooms and view were amazing and we can't wait for the opportunity to go back!

Floors creaked, fireplace was loud, bed springs were creaky as well.

Just wasn't what we expected.

Breakfast was good. Location is good.

Great location. But, on the website it talks of a lounge and restaurant. I phoned and booked 2 rooms for 2 nights because of this. Just checked in and asked where the lounge was. Nope was lied to. Restaurant, Nope, was lied to.

The room was suffice, the breakfast was okay. The grounds/lawn/gardens were disgusting. The grass was mowed but mounds of grass in piles like it hasn’t been cut in weeks. Compared to every other property in the area, we were surprised at how it did not compare to their website.

It was like a grand old lady. She was beautiful and classy with just a hint of age to show how long she's been graciously welcoming people. It was a fantastic price. The only thing was when I ask for something at the front desk and he said he would send someone up, but never did and didn't bother to let me know.

Wonderful stay in Summerside! Staff and facility were great! The sunset views were fantastic and walkable to lots of restaurants.
