Had the grilled pineapple clubhouse on sour dough bread. Delicious experience. Great atmosphere and service.

Food and service were good. Chowder was really good. So filling. Definitely only need it as a Main if you go for the bowl

Performer was pretty bad. We just wanted him to stop. We didn't have enough alcohol in us at that point

I live for Guinness Tuesday lol a Guinness and bread pudding is the perfect way to end a Tuesday

I had my rehearsal dinner for my wedding here. There were 30 of us and we only had one server. The food took forever, service was slow. (Not the one servers fault) they should have had more servers on. The food was also not very good.

The staff were attentive. Had a drink and quick bite to eat. Service was fast. I arrived when it was quiet but the place quickly filled up.

Have eaten at Halifax Pub, Sydney Pub, and lastly, Charlottetown. Waitress was exceptional.food was cold & coffee cold.didn't order ice coffee.lol.waitress did her best for us to enjoy our meal.

Love everything about this restaurant/pub. Food amount is generous and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the music as well. You cannot go wrong with their numerous food choices.

Don’t bother applying if you are interested and in serving! I was invited for an interview which went better then good and I was assured by the manager that interviewed me that she was excited to train people new to the serving industry. She also explained that she was frustrated about competitors who don’t give new people in the serving industry a chance! Looking back this was very deceptive as it was her personal gain to gain interest in anybody with any type of experience, to further make her selection bigger when deciding who she wants to hire. I was then offered a position less then 2 hours later, which I was extremely excited about and was giving a training date, which was 10-4. I started the training shift, very well. Following all instructions given and was retentive to all training information that was given. I was extremely attentive to all directions and I retained the information very well, the only thing I was not too sure about was holding a tray with multiple drinks which I explained to them, it was only my first day so I didn’t think it would be an issue. I was assured it was expected not to remember all information on the first day as I would learn as I continued. It was about 12 PM, and the manager on duty told me that it was very slow so I would be leaving 2 hours early. As anyone would on their first day of employment I said yes I will leave whenever I need to. Not long after, I received an email from the same manager I had my interview with saying they will be continuing with employees that had more experience. Which initially, from an interview perspective, this would make sense. Although, I was given the opportunity and wasted time to have a full training shift with the excitement of having a job when it was clear they wanted somebody of more experience when in the interview I was told otherwise. I emailed the same manager that interviewed me after I was informed that I was no longer going to have any shifts after my first day. I asked her why although I was completely upfront about my experience and my excitement for the position she still continued to let me have a training shift, and then commented on my lack of experience even after she said that she wanted to help people with lower experience to thrive in the interview. I sent an email about 2 days later explaining what she said to me in the interview and how at the end of the day she wasted both of our time, about how I was very upfront about my experience and I was excited about the words she said in the interview. The second they offered to pay my day in CASH, I should have known…. Although, very professional and appropriate she did not seem to have a reason to reply to me and this is why I’m writing this review today. My potential was looked down on and I was never given a reason. However, I’m getting paid almost double now only months later and am very appreciated by my higher up so I guess it’s The Old Triangle’s loss. As a manager, especially after hiring somebody, you should have the decency to answer any questions they may have! Very disappointed.will never forget what happened. If you’re reading this, manager, I would love a response, it’s only been 2 months:)

We were very grateful they took us in at 9: 40pm for dinner. Unfortunately I wasn’t the biggest fan of their food. I thought their shrimp pasta has far too much sauce and their chowder tasted meh. Their fried shrimp and service was great though.

We came to hear the music and he didn't disappoint. Played lies if Canadian favorites. Bar had a great selection of drinks. Would return.

Right downtown Charlottetown PEI makes it a great dinning choice. Food was great and great selection of adult beverages. Good price for serving size. Left feeling full and content. Great place to eat

Came to the Triangle house on Sunday for dinner.
We ordered fish cakes and fish tacos and sat on the patio sipping out Caesars while we waited.
The food was VERY bland. The fish tacos came out and looked so beautiful (great presentation) but you could eat a piece of unseasoned fish on plain lettuce and have the same effect. I ordered fries with it with their curry mayo and that was excellent. My mom said her crab cakes were okay and the house salad dressing was very good.
The patio is spacious and they have done a good job with decor it just unfortunately backs on to a kind of gross alley. Maybe they should consider putting up a green wall or something when the season picks up to elevate the experience. Overall it was fine but I wouldn't rush back.

Great food and service. Had the # peiburgerloveandpotatolove The Pot of Gold and Gold Nuggets, they were delicious, would definitely recommend.

This place is amazing. The food, the feeling and booth number 3 are all simply perfect for a nice night out with live music on the weekends and traditional Irish tunes played the entire time of your visit.

Old Triangle is a great place to have a beer and / or a bite to eat. Atmosphere and service are top notch, and they serve Rickards Red!

Excellent food. Decently priced.eat in or take out staff truly cares about your eating experience. Bartender went out of his way to get me a box for my take out called me a cab and after 15 min came out to check on me.also was a bit early for my pick up was immediately offered a beverage while I waited.

Canceling a large venue at the last minute without having a good rational is extremely poor customer service and judgment.

The food is your average Irish pub food, service is phenomenal, and it’s an overall really nice atmosphere.

Unfortunately not a welcoming place, take your money elsewhere, and support restaurants that allow for freedom and expression of all types.

Had a great burger served with crispy fries by a pleasant and efficient server. Prices are good and the atmosphere was lively. Decaffeinated coffee was also a step above usual

Was there to try the burger love $17.99. It seems that the burger was missing Haystack Fried Onion String.

We were a table of seven and were there for burger love. Our waitress was fantastically funny and accommodating. The burger and salad were delicious. Thank you for a great evening.

Went for the half priced appetizers. Our server Kelly was very friendly. Great food and service. Had the Irish nachos and chicken jalapeno dip.

When we walked in there was musicians playing. That was very nice! Our meal was GreAt, the haddock was delicious! It was very busy but got great service.

Ordered drinks and missed 1 for 30 minutes and took over 1hr for food to show up greasy and cool fries.

Blainey Kiss is great and the Dilly Fries were fresh, hot and crispy.

Fun atmosphere, fast service.

Pumphouse Crafty Radler reminds me of Sunny D. Definitely recommend that

Ian, Laura and Dana are awesome.great conversation and good at suggesting what to order. Ask Laura how to properly eat muscles "the maritime way", you won't be disappointed. I ordered the Banger and mash, as well as the muscles and had an Alpine lager. Tje food was excellent and the company charming.

Tried the burger love.was a lot of flavours going on there. Really think that the patty doesn't need to be deep fried.would have been better grilled but still stuffed with the cheddar cheese. The service was fantastic. The sweet potato fries with the curry dip were tasty as well.

Today our visit to The Old Triangle included Burgerlove. The service was efficient and friendly and the burger was oh so good! We will be back soon to try some of the other menu items:) 10/10 on the Burgerlove!

We had four different dishes and all were great! Even though they where very busy the food came in a normal amount of time. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant.

I've gone here few times and I get their burger each time. Service is very friendly and atmosphere is great, but single time the burger comes out, it's over-cooked, chared to a crisp, and super dry. My table ordered a potato nacho platter, three burgers, fish and chips, stuffed chicken breast, and a chicken quesadilla, and every item had something overcooked on their plate. The nachos were burnt around the side and has burnt cheese on top, the fish was over-cooked, each burger was overcooked and dry, despite asking for it to not be burnt, the quesadilla was grilled for way too long, and the roasted potatoes that came with the stuffed chicken breast were also overcooked. Don't know what's going on with that kitchen, but they can't seem to figure out how to time their orders right. Won't be going back again.

The food was delicious, great atmosphere and booths! Be great for a date or with friends or just by yourself! Really cozy and welcoming, the staff were so nice and friendly. Their bread pudding was out of this world! Loved it.

Wings were very good. Place was surprisingly empty for wing night (but it was early 9pm). Waitress was very nice, and quite funny as well. Made for an over all enjoyable experience. Will go back to try other items as the menu did look good. Just felt like a wings only night last night!

I got the vegan/gluten free burger and It was very good, a little bit crumbly within the bun but it was dressed very well and tasted good. Service was quick and friendly.

I got the Seafood Chowder (Bowl). It came with a buttermilk biscuit and two packages of premium crackers. My all time favourite Seafood Chowder was the Hunters Ale House but I feel like this one took first place or is definitely a tie with Hunters.

Excellent fish and chips. Real atmosphere and friendly staff. A must try! Looking forward to experiencing the live music on Sunday s.
